This individual does not care about the customer and ignores emails. Enough said. Also, I read the complaint by Kate H. regarding the engine light. I have had two dealerships sell me a used vehicle. Shortly afterwards an engine light came on. What these unscrupulous dealerships are doing is clearing the engine light (Code) instead of fixing the problem which costs money. Then the unsuspecting buyer drives the vehicle and after a very short time, the light comes back. You would think that these dealerships would back their vehicles, but all they care about is a sale! This is why car dealerships are at the bottom of the barrel for respect. Shane O'(Con)nor can afford to look after his customers, but he doesn't. They even got rid of the General Manager so that they didn't have an extra pay cheque to deal with. If "Lip Service" was service, Shane O'Connor would get 5 Stars! I should have listened to a co-worker years ago when he had paid a lot of money for a transmission rebuild. A day after the warranty ran out, the transmission went. If that was not bad enough, O'Connor would not honour the repair.

When we went back to the dealership to request the original inspection report for the vehicle, we were told that they "can't find it". Suspiciously, they have all other records and documents for the vehicle, except the one that shows that the frame was not damaged when they sold it to us. A competent and ethical dealership would be able to, at the very least, provide a basic inspection report on the vehicles they sell. This dealership seems very unprofessional, at best, and possibly even shady. Buyer beware.

As others have posted I was lead to believe that a safety inspection had been done and the vehicle…read morewas in good mechanical condition, this was not the case within 1000 km of purchase front wheel bearing, broken swaybar link, and a blown rear shock. I would think these are things that would show up in a safety inspection if it was done properly, since the rear shock started dripping a pool of oil on the ground once the coverup repair of a Zap Strap on the dust boot let go, Ugly Trucks assured me that this is a common fix for shock absorbers ( a Zap Strap passes safety inspection, not marked on the inspection sheet provided) I would like to believe a broken swaybar link would be noticed in a safety inspection, a wheel bearing could possibly slip by but very doubtful since one side was replaced and a Zap Strap is considered a acceptable fix. According to Ugly Trucks they went above and beyond to try and help me but claimed I didn't let them so I was never compensated for any of the repairs. Beware of there falsified report get your own inspection done or better yet buy elsewhere.
