They said they had some for me and that they would charge me $45/tire with installation. I spoke to Dustin on Facebook, and when I arrived around 4:30 I was worried they wouldn't be able to fit me in cause the shop closed at 5. But Dustins brother took great care of me and my car. He had the tires for me, and he charged me what he had said. They got me in that day and I had no troubles. I was lucky to get them when I did because it started to snow right after. I'm really happy with my experience and I hope to go back next time I need tires!

Explained exactly what we were looking for. Told us to drop in and the tires would be $65 each installed. So we Went there, all they have is a set of 4 eleven year old tires that the sales guy told us we shouldn't buy. Tell Dustin this, Dustin says he's bringing some from his other location. Then stops replying to messages. Completely. Even the people at the store in Mission say this guy is a flaky, unreliable guy who often speaks without knowing what he's speaking about. Promising things he can't and doesn't deliver. Tires never materialized, communication completely broke down. This was like trying to do business with a small child. Avoid. At all cost. Do yourself a favor, believe the bad reviews.

I'm sure there are a bunch I haven't been to that are top notch, but Mission Automotive is a shop I have come back to time after time. I see people talking about price, if you had any idea of the markup restaurants put on the food they serve, the taxes on the price of gasoline.... every business is in business to make money, period. The difference is the quality of the work performed, the standards of practice adhered to and the confidence built with the customer. Manni runs a tight ship. His team's work is first rate, he stands behind everything he does, he will go out of his way to get your vehicle fixed, safely, ethically and in a timely manner. Great guys both of them. New crew now, but I think I saw Marc today - but he didn't recognize me, it's been a few years. But even as an unknown face I get the best service and treatment possible. Usually shoot the breeze about cars for a few minutes as well - they aren't in a hurry to get you out of there - they just want to get the best for those who walk through the doors. After 30 years and six or seven cars I have come to them time and time again. Sometimes for a patch, sometimes to get a set of rubber. Every single time they are great and I'm pretty safety conscious when it comes to the rubber hitting the road. They've patched no end of screw/nail/whatever holes with the intent of getting you going, not the intent of getting your money. Case in point, I got a nail in the tread at the edge of a tire. Not that many kms on the treads and I didn't think that I could make it to B&B so I pulled into big K. They looked at the tire, said that it was impossible to patch as the nail had "likely" gouged the sidewall. But replacing 1 tire was bad practice so I would need all 4 done even though the kms were less than 100,000 on them. This was a late model Volvo SUV so the tires were not cheap and they "likely" saw my wallet and me coming. Well they also saw me going as I gently drove out and over to B&B. The team there pulled the rubber and actually took a look, seeing that the nail had entered at an angle away from the sidewall and a tread patch was all that I needed, so that's what they did. Go to these guys. They are honest, good natured, and do a great job. I really don't know how you could want anything more in any business let alone the ones that keep you safe on the road.

He pretended they couldn't find my 2010 mazda 3 in any books to indicate what sort of oil they should use for the oil change. Since i didn't know myself at that particular moment, they gave me a song and dance, which i foolishly believed. End result: my plain oil change cost $107. My fault for believing them. Turns out, not only is the oil type on the oil cap, it's also the inside of the car door. Wish I had a data plan on my phone back then. Wish i wasn't so gullible back then. Bill, you're a lowlife.
