Terrible. Overpriced and weren't able to book a simple oil change even though I was available any time over a 2 month period.

Tires Plus Automotive Centre - This Shop Will Rip You Off!

Tires Plus Automotive Centre

Shout out to Matt and his boys today who analyzed my "squeaking noise" which turned out to be rear…read morebrakes, metal on metal! They took it in right away, replaced rotors, calipers, brake pads and even threw in a few extras like emergency brake adjustment, tire rotation, and with parts and labour came in at less that half of the quote I got from the Honda dealer! These guys have always treated me like a V.I.P. I love Tires Plus!

I brought my vehicle to Tires Plus for a basic seasonal tire swap. What I got in return was a…read morenightmare of vehicle damage, poor treatment, and zero accountability. Immediately after the service, I noticed steering issues, loud squealing, and my vehicle pulling to the left -- none of which were present beforehand. I returned for a pre-booked oil change the following week and expressed my concerns; they then had their mechanic test drive and inspect my vehicle. At no point did they acknowledge any major issues or mention anything unsafe. The Service Advisor came out and asked if I'd hit anything hard. I said no. He said, "Your steering wheel is way off." During that visit, they also told me my car needed rear brakes, possibly a seized caliper, and quoted me over $1,700 in repairs -- which I later confirmed were not needed at all. I had also just had my rear brakes done not even 2 years prior. They also recommended an alignment -- but when I asked to book it, they told me to wait until I "did my brakes." I was not informed that my vehicle was unsafe to drive or that the alignment needed to be done immediately. Not long after, while driving to Abbotsford with my sister and toddler, I nearly lost control of my vehicle on the highway. I was so scared I couldn't drive it home. I inched it to another shop, where I learned that my car was unsafe to drive due to: * Both control arms were damaged and needed replacement. * My tires were worn to the cords on the inside edges * The alignment was severely off on all 4 corners * My winter rims were severely dented and caved in and no longer usable. Even more disturbing: When Tires Plus hammered my winter rims excessively with a sledgehammer during removal, there was no attempt to notify me, no attempt to warn me of any damages that might occur, and the damaged rims were handed back in plastic bags without any notice or explanation. I was sent on my way with a severely compromised vehicle. Not once. But TWICE. When I raised these concerns, the shop owner laughed at me and dismissed my experience entirely. That lack of professionalism was as shocking as the damage itself. To be clear, this isn't about trying to get free service -- it's about safety, transparency, and respect. Prior to this visit, my vehicle had passed a full inspection elsewhere: tires, alignment, steering, and suspension were all in good condition. The problems began immediately after this shop's service. I've since documented everything -- with photos, written reports, and damaged parts. I trusted this shop to do a routine job, and they returned my vehicle in far worse shape. I absolutely cannot recommend Tires Plus.

I had a great experience with Buy Sell Tires. I had…read moremessaged them on a Facebook post previously about getting winter tires because I couldn't find any used, anywhere else. They said they had some for me and that they would charge me $45/tire with installation. I spoke to Dustin on Facebook, and when I arrived around 4:30 I was worried they wouldn't be able to fit me in cause the shop closed at 5. But Dustins brother took great care of me and my car. He had the tires for me, and he charged me what he had said. They got me in that day and I had no troubles. I was lucky to get them when I did because it started to snow right after. I'm really happy with my experience and I hope to go back next time I need tires!

Any five star reviews you see have been bought or they are from fake customers. Stay away from this…read moreshyster. Truly. Spoke with Dustin over messenger. Explained exactly what we were looking for. Told us to drop in and the tires would be $65 each installed. So we Went there, all they have is a set of 4 eleven year old tires that the sales guy told us we shouldn't buy. Tell Dustin this, Dustin says he's bringing some from his other location. Then stops replying to messages. Completely. Even the people at the store in Mission say this guy is a flaky, unreliable guy who often speaks without knowing what he's speaking about. Promising things he can't and doesn't deliver. Tires never materialized, communication completely broke down. This was like trying to do business with a small child. Avoid. At all cost. Do yourself a favor, believe the bad reviews.

B & B Tireland - Tire size sold to me. I've also learned the recommended tire size is actually in the door jam of the vehicle. Original tire size was 285.

Three decades is a long time. Where did all those years go? Back then it was Timmy at the front…read moredesk, then he went on to other things in the company and Marc was there one day. Great guys both of them. New crew now, but I think I saw Marc today - but he didn't recognize me, it's been a few years. But even as an unknown face I get the best service and treatment possible. Usually shoot the breeze about cars for a few minutes as well - they aren't in a hurry to get you out of there - they just want to get the best for those who walk through the doors. After 30 years and six or seven cars I have come to them time and time again. Sometimes for a patch, sometimes to get a set of rubber. Every single time they are great and I'm pretty safety conscious when it comes to the rubber hitting the road. They've patched no end of screw/nail/whatever holes with the intent of getting you going, not the intent of getting your money. Case in point, I got a nail in the tread at the edge of a tire. Not that many kms on the treads and I didn't think that I could make it to B&B so I pulled into big K. They looked at the tire, said that it was impossible to patch as the nail had "likely" gouged the sidewall. But replacing 1 tire was bad practice so I would need all 4 done even though the kms were less than 100,000 on them. This was a late model Volvo SUV so the tires were not cheap and they "likely" saw my wallet and me coming. Well they also saw me going as I gently drove out and over to B&B. The team there pulled the rubber and actually took a look, seeing that the nail had entered at an angle away from the sidewall and a tread patch was all that I needed, so that's what they did. Go to these guys. They are honest, good natured, and do a great job. I really don't know how you could want anything more in any business let alone the ones that keep you safe on the road.
