I went in thinking I needed all new brakes. Instead it was just the brake bulb. They treated me like a friend with respect and honesty about what was going on in my car. They didn't try to sell me more services or tell me that I needed other fixes that were unnecessary. They talked to me about future break replacements when it's time they also discussed with me other maintenance that I may need for my car in the future but did not try to push any future sales. As a woman I felt very comfortable here that I would not be taken advantage of and that I would receive good service in the future. Adam and Isaiah were wonderful to work with they were friendly and honest. I will definitely go back to get all my car maintenance done here. read more

Terrible service and unprofessional behavior buy service personnel. I don't know who trains these folks but the midas brand sunk to a new low. They did not use the oil I requested ( Synthetic) but used a standard based product even the sticker on the engine calls for a synthetic. Than all it turned out to be was arguing, this store I feel will be short lived. "Hay MIDAS train you're people properly!!! My mom took my car here to have the oil changed and they over filled the oil. They tried to denie it their insurance company investigate this an said that it was their fault. When I went to get my persol belongings out of the car they refused to let me. They called the cops. At this time the police made them give me the keys as its my vehicle an let me get my personal items out. I will never return to a Midas store. read more

Horrible customer service and sale. They did work on my daughters car. Charged her $648.00. She didn't have that amount so the ran through a loan company and was denied. Then they sold her EasyPay under a different name at 198% interest. They are scam artists working to bankrupt naive people! Never get my business. I've been to this shop only a few times, but it has not been the best experience. The basic oil change I received was as expected each time. However, at one point, I had a serpentine belt that needed replacing and the heat shield was also rattling, so I wanted that removed. I needed an estimated time due to other time commitments, so they told me an hour to 90 minutes would be good. My roommate brought me back home after dropping off the car, and once 90 minutes passed without a call, I contacted them. At that point, they said it would be about 10 more minutes, so my roommate drove me back to the shop. I ended up waiting at the shop for another 45 minutes, which delayed my later appointment. In addition, the heat shield was completely forgotten! I contacted Midas about this major problem later on, at which point I was called back and offered a free oil change. I was informed that the reasoning behind why it took so long was that there was an issue getting to the belt itself, so everyone in the shop had to help out. But while I was there waiting, I saw that NO ONE was actually out there helping the one person working on my car. So other than an oil change, I would not recommend this Midas shop. read more

I had my car towed here when my engine suddenly stopped. They gave me a quote to repair the engine. I needed to get the money together. I also called around to see if I could save on the repair. One place I called told me about a recall on my car engine which could mean a no cost repair. I verified that there was indeed a recall. When I called Midas to let them know that a tow truck was coming to get it to the dealer, they told me that they had removed the engine already. I asked who had given the go-ahead and was answered with stuttering. It took three days and many calls from the dealer and myself to get this straightened out. It probably would have been longer but the last time the dealer called, the area manager happened to be at this Midas. He was able to listen to the call when they told me the engine was removed. I received no apology. I was lucky that the dealer was as helpful as they were. Beware of this location! read more

I was SO happy with this place. I went in one morning just picking it because of its location. The man at the desk was very friendly and polite. He told me he was really busy and if I could come back in the afternoon I wouldn't have to wait. So I came back at two and he took me right in. I'd just driven over 3k miles on a road trip and wanted the car checked out. They checked and topped off all my fluid levels, checked and rotated the tires, and checked the battery. AND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME A CENT! I still can't believe it. I thanked him profusely but he was cool about it and said it was no big deal. The waiting room was nice - men's AND women's magazines - and a good television, some vending machines. This is just a great place to go if you need something done to your car. I will DEFINITELY be back, even if I have to go out of my way. Their customer service made it worth it. read more

8/2/18 Amazing! I was on a break in-between classes when I ran to get my exhaust checked, the staff was excellent and had me in and out in less than an hour.
