Thank you Metro for fixing our bike so quickly. Went to another shop and the breather hose was pinched and causing a lot of issues for us stranded on the road with oil leaks, smoke and broke down. When we took it in you were quick to determine the root cause and fixed it fast. Goes to show why I saw so many familiar faces of staff that's been with you for years with lots of experience. So it was time for an upgrade on the bike I was riding. We found a great deal and I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the customer service we have received. "Sure" you are thinking. Anyone who drops $20,000 on a new Harley is going to get treated like a king. I expect they will. But we bought a used bike that was under $4000 and we were treated like we had a platinum card. It seems that this type of customer service is a rare thing these days. So if you are in the market for a bike and want to be treated like your money matters. Stopped in to buy some shirts and a obtain a quote on a Can-Am. In the market and thought I would give my home town dealer a try. Had great luck with the shirts and the attendant helping my friend was great. On to machine sales: I asked for a quote for the Can-Am I wanted. Cory visited with me. I was told by another sales person standing next to me since I was taking the machine out of the area and it would no longer would be serviced in CR we would be better off going elsewhere as they wouldn't make a residual from the sale. What a turn off. We were out the door, even though I left contact never heard from sales, no quote ever given. read more

Late afternoon on Friday of Labor Day weekend, my daughter was on her way home from college and hit something in the road which caused a flat tire. Alone in an unfamiliar area she wasn't sure what she should do, so she walked into Metro looking for some assistance. In no time at all, one of service team changed her tire and recommend she not drive very far on the spare but go to a tire store to have the tire replaced. Not only were they looking out for her safety, but refused the money my daughter offered for their assistance. As a parent, I can't begin to express my appreciation for taking care of my daughter in such a professional way. read more

My girlfriend and I bought a bike there, after being lied too from a salesman named Brian. I don't know about the rest of the sales people, but the one we dealt with will tell you whatever you want to hear to get a sale. They sell under fraudulent pretenses. Will never do business with them again. I suggest you go to a different harley dealership to buy a bike. read more

Started having service and repairs done there years ago, but their prices have gotten so high I will not be going back. $120 labor to mount a new front tire is just an outrage. Plus, one time they left the front axle nut off which I didn't discover for fifty or more miles. It's getting harder and harder to find mechanics who know what they're doing, as opposed to technicians who only know what the diagnostic scanner tells them. Which means anyone who has a semi-old bike is out of luck. read more

My husband just purchased a 2015 HD, we went into Metro wanting to pick up some accessories, helmet's, jackets, boots etc. After being there for 10 minutes my 7 year old son picked up a youth helmet to show my husband, my child and my husband were then scolded by a women in the parts department and were RUDELY told that if he drops it we pay for it. My son was not running, he was not tossing it, he just calmly had brought it over. IT WAS A YOUTH helmet that was on sale we were interested in.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!. We were so disgusted we walked out. I'm in the customer service field and I understand that kids can get crazy but this clearly this was not the case.
