I visited there during the Pure Stodge Iowa Rally (BMW Motorcycle Rally). My helmet was giving me fits and I wanted to a new one. They didn't have a size that fit me, but the owner had 3 boxes of helmet screws and parts and proceeded to fix my messed up helmet for $1 on probably one of his busiest days of the year. My helmet wasn't even one of the brands he carry's. I felt so guilty that I purchased a shop t-shirt too. Great service.

And I left without any answers. The service manager HATES all things electric yet I was in there to service my electric Polaris and possibly buy a new one after 14 years and nearly $10,000 in maintenance (mostly a new Lithium battery to replace the old cells). They lost an incredibly competent mechanic who knew how to fix all things electric because they didn't care. So I moved my business to K Motorsports in Maquoketa, farther away but well worth the trip for the excellent sales support and great price on a new one.
