This is a good shopping center with a wide variety of stores. It's separated into two major…read moresections. The Upper Section includes big box stores such as Target, Kohl's, Best Buy and Dick's, along with some smaller scale stores such as Nordstroms Rack, Michaels, and PetSmart. There are a couple of restaurants in the Upper Section, Chili's and TGI Fridays, two places I never visit. The Lower Section has more stores and a few restaurants including LongHorn Steakhouse, Red Robin and Panera Bread. There is a large Barnes and Noble and Blackstone Valley 14 Cinema de Lux. There is also a 110 Grill adjacent to the Cinema. The Cinema and the 110 Grill have their own parking lots. Two new restaurants are under construction in this section, The Yard House and Shake Shack. The Yard House is expected to have a standalone building, evident by the huge construction project taking up a large amount of parking in the Lower Section. During weekends and busy holidays, traffic police are out in force at the Shoppes, in part because there is only one way in and out of this sprawling shopping center. Traffic and parking can be an issue depending on where you want to park during peak periods.

Northborough has more stores and no traffic problem because the police aren't involved in clogging up access.

I appreciate that they have JC Penny here as it's a good store that you don't find now in all the malls. I was very happy to find it here. Then they have lots of other stores, some you don't see at regular malls. I have to say the prices at these other stores are not too pricy. So it's reasonable for a family to come to. That I liked very much. The food court is rather small. Not much restaurants to choose from but the ones I did go to were fine for a mall food court. They do have a place for kids to have fun right in the middle of the food court. A carousel to ride on. Lots of horses, ponies to sit on for a fun ride. Aw,to be young again. I would come to this mall if you have never been. It is part of the Simon malls and they are usually good to come to. Very pleasant and clean. A must if you are visiting Marlborough.

It's inexcusable and there's an incredibly over amount of heat in certain areas of your mouth in the summertime. That's it - just those two entrances/exits! Yes, BJ's Warehouse has a separate area with their own BJ's Gas Station and the rest of the mall is on the other side. Lots of big boxes: Cabela's, Fit Factory, Michaels, Bed Bath & Beyond, Five Below, Ulta Beauty, TJ Maxx, Market Basket, Lowe's Home Improvement, PetSmart, Mattress Firm. Eating options for just about every taste include QDOBA, Chipotle, MOOYAH Burgers, Subway and fancy sit down dining at 110 Grill. I might have missed some. Huge central parking area is visible from all over. There is good lighting and clearly marked lanes for faster and slower traffic. Still, be aware of your surroundings, leave valuables out of sight when you park and watch for people who don't stop for pedestrians. Retail therapy! They play music on the loudpspeakers. I looked online to get a complete listing of stores, the lists I saw were outdated. My estimate would be 25 stores. My favorites are BJs, TJ Maxx, and 5 and Under. Off the top of my head, some of the others are Lowe's, 110 Grill, Cabella's, Michaels, Panera, Fit Factory (gym), Dollar Store, a Mexican restaurant, Starbuck's, Crumbl Cookies, Mooyah's Burger and Fries, Market Basket, and store for baby clothing. There's also Emerson Urgent Care and a physical therapy office.

I find myself a lot of times just going here to look and am always really impressed with how they arrange and decorate and then inevitable almost always fall in love with something and have to buy it. The ultimate value is in your life improvement for just walking in and getting the nice things that you cant find other places and that improve the quality of your life. The staff is friendly and reminds me more of people that are doing what they would want to do as a hobby most of the time,

Honestly, if I could sneak in and live in the store or have them decorate my house the same way I'd be all in. Walking inside feels like an instant hug for your soul--comforting, serene, and kind of magical. I spent ages marveling at the jaw-dropping selection: lush succulents, colorful leafy, quirky mossy plants, and more. But it's not just about the greenery--there are incense, books, crystals, butterflies, soaps...you name it! The store smells heavenly, looks incredible, and has a calm yet playful vibe. It's less like shopping and more like embarking on a delightful, mini adventure. They're not bargain-bin-cheap, but they're fair--think solid value for truly unique finds. The person running the place is beyond lovely: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and endlessly patient with all my enthusiastic (read: relentless) questions. Eventually I had to leave because I was making a very long mental list of plants I wanted to buy but likely to kill at home.
