Had some great ideas and we used them. He graded our driveway. And I'm not just talking a regular grading of pushing some stone around. He asked where water was lying after a hard rain, he asked where mud was in the yard next to the driveway. This is the best grading we've ever had done and then we asked him to do it again in Spring 2020. He leveled out some large dips in the yard and replanted grass and that turned out great. This was the most stress-free home contracting experience I've ever had. Austin was considerate, reliable, and trustworthy. He navigated an electric dog fence and irrigation system without damaging either and buried the pipe underneath the irrigation lines in case the lines ever need repaired. He also had to install pipe underneath a sidewalk. He hand-cut the sod and replaced it with minimal impact to the lawn. All photos were taken right after the job was completed. They have always shown up on time, appear to work meticulously and safely and always leave the area looking better than it had when they arrived. The heavy wood close to structures, landscaping and other trees was lowered to the ground using ropes in order to keep control of it and prevent damage.
