We were important clients for Eric before his business took off, but now that he has the wheels in motion, he doesn't even show up for an on calendar booking or follow up with us saying he can't make it out- nothing. We basically don't exist to him anymore, or at least aren't even important to his business enough for him to bother with rescheduling.
