I got busy and couldn't make it until late the next evening and when I realized I wouldn't arrive until after their 4pm closing time I called and spoke to Kirk. Company has bad business practices. Contract was extended for 3 additional years without my…read moreapproval when we moved homes. We had already been with them for 2 years at my previous house. I was told I would have equipment moved for free . NOT FREE! I'm currently disputing and will file suit against them once I receive copies of new contract I supposedly signed. I would of never signed new 3 year contract when I was not happy for the first two. I was not even home at time of installation. This is fraud! AVOID! Find another company. Use Ring or Xfinity. They are much cheaper and no long contracts. Don't get locked in on long contracts for 3 years. I will not pay them and will go out of my way. It's only $800 but its the principal and I want to make sure this doesn't happen to others.
