    Great, chill, service and sales people. Used Jake, professional and easy to work with. I'm a person who's going to ask alls sorts of questions people may never have heard before. I like detail and am generally well thought out. And I don't jump into things without doing my homework, taking my time. Jake was a natural fit and worlds better than the 2 other provider/distributers that I'd taken off of my list. I wanted the ability to use voice control with the fireplace and another location either lied or were misinformed when they told me that 'nobody carries that, think about how unsafe that would be.' Of course I didn't believe that and hit the web to see that Heat n' Glow DOES have that wi-fi/voice feature as an option. Of course you need the infrastructure which I already did since most of my lights, my thermostat already were and I used ECHO throughout my home. This I knew was going to be special.... The showroom is vast and they offer all sorts of other things here. The fireplace displays were helpful showing a range of models and features with lots of interior and front design options. The efficiency of the models and with other manufacturers was about the same, 73%. Keep in mind that an OPEN, wood burning fireplace is 80-90% INEFFICIENT. Oh, it's gonna be special... The 3K rebate only applies to one fireplace. My home has two large fireplaces and I decided to do the one in the room that get's used more. Makes sense, eh? The size of what I have in the house allowed me to get their largest insert offering the most viewable area. Special... Having named my home/property, "Moon Base Alpha" it was not surprise that I settled on the Cosmos 35" insert with the LEAST fancy, most modern front available. I'd jumped into reconfiguring the fireplace, modifying the brick work, refacing the structure myself and bought the tools to accomplish this task. While working on the hearth, I detected a gas leak in the shut off valve and bought a smaller Makita jackhammer to get to it. I mention this because IF you have an older home, YOU should check the valve as over time, they will leak... The day arrive when the install team consisting of 2 guys arrived. I found them to be easy to work with and detailed. I installed a custom, thick stainless steel chimney chase that I had manufactured and used Rock Wool under the chase to further lock out the elements. Had to be, special... The unit was installed and up and running in a couple of hours. I was left to deal with the 'voice control' set up which requires a application, tapping into your Amazon Echo account, linking up etc. For me, this was easy. 'cause I'm special... Needless to say, this upgrade did a lot for the 'base.' It looked so much better, was practical and tightened up the air flowing in and out of the open chimney. A big energy pig. Having the ability to wake up in the morning and tell the fireplace to start and walking out into a warm room after a shower is fantastic. Voice control is nothing less than sublime. And, to get a nice big 3k check back was pretty hard not to be grateful for. Prior to this upgrade, I would NEVER have used this fireplace. Now I'm using it all the time. And rather than heating up the whole base, 2350 sq ft, I'm just heating the large kitchen/second office area using a fraction of what I'd been forced to spend to heat the base earlier. Was, cha-ching, special.... I'm grateful for the resources to complete the just over 6k project, the skills to complete much of the work, the good people helping me to accomplish these goals and the enhancement of the base, the lower bills and the comfort. Life got better. Thank you Lord for this wonderful blessing, the remodel and the rebate! All good things come from you and I'm grateful! Please reach out to Jake and Central Distributing for any of your needs. IF you go to some of these other places, it's like a used car salesman/women assault!     We had a great experience as we turned our wood-burning fireplace into a gas insert. Very professional company with great employees-from Jared in sales to the installation crew. And we get a healthy rebate from San Joaquin Air Quality

    My wife needed a new stove top and microwave so shopped around but once we hit Central Distributing, we found exactly what we wanted. We able to get everything thing quickly and installed except for the microwave. They didn't have the right fillers, but Monica found them and we got done.

The store has a good selection of different brands, styles and tiers to choose from. From very affordable to top of the line. Miss Debbie remembered that we had spoken on the phone earlier and reconfirmed that I was seeking a soft to medium queen bed for my Mom who is a side and back sleeper. Miss Debbie walked me over to a bed that just so happened to be on sale. She also recommended a mattress cover to protect it. I thought I would have to look at several stores, but that was not the case. Miss Debbie is Very Professional, attentive to the needs of the customer, offering several mattresses, protectors, delivery dates and times. Very personable, a real people person, and that makes her a beautiful person. Superior service and with a smile, that which I did not receive at one of the other stores. He made the experience enjoyable and much less painful then I had expected my visit to go. William asked some basic, but necessary questions, took his time to walk me through all of the options best suited for mine and my husbands sleep comfort needs and educated me on some important selling points of a mattress purchase. After narrowing my selections down to two contenders he gave me his honest opinion of which direction to go based on what he had learned about our needs, however, did not push a sale on me, which I greatly appreciated! My husband and I ultimately came back to William for a second look the following day and made a very happy purchase of our very 1st Tempurpedic Pro Breeze King sized mattress.     I have been on the hunt for a supportive back sleeping pillow for a long time. I have owned…read moremultiple $200+ pillows over the past couple years (Pillo1, Kanuda, Tempurpedic, etc) plus about a dozen from Costco, Sam's Club, & Amazon. I wanted to try out Purple so I came into the showroom & tried their Harmony Low for a minute & bought it. Once I got it home I was not a fan of how it propped me up too much & didn't allow for proper cervical curvature. I tried it out for a few weeks to see if my body would adjust & it didn't. Luckily for their 30 day return policy I was able to take it back & swap it for another pillow. This time I opted for the Freeform, I liked that I would be able to add or remove the memory foam to get it to my preferred level of support. The thing I liked most about the pillow was that it has 2 cervical neck chambers along the edges of the pillow that I can fill with as much memory foam that I want to achieve my proper comfort level for how much cervical curve I want when I lay back into it. I also love how cooling this pillow is. I ended up keeping it & my wife snuck it from me for a couple nights & liked it as well so I went & bought her one as well. Thanks so much for your help in getting the right pillow Margaret, you were so nice & such a help. We will be getting a mattress from you in the near future.

The main reason I came in today is because I am in dire need of a pillow. I've had bad luck finding the right one and I'm getting my neck kinked which in turn is causing headaches. The service is very kind and friendly. I found a the right pillow and with Labor Day discount got it for about $150. The only downfall was Unfortunately, it wasn't in stock and they had to order the pillow for me. It is about a 3-4 week lead time. Overall, it was a speedy service to get it all situated and they didn't try to upsell me. I'm definitely interested in getting a mattress here soon as well.

Our girls accidentally got nail polish on one of the chairs, and the warranty app was incredibly easy to use. The whole claims process felt almost too good to be true--it was smooth, fast, and we received consistent updates throughout. That said, the in-store experience has been a bit inconsistent. At times, it feels like some employees avoid eye contact and aren't very eager to help, which can be frustrating when you need assistance. However, I really want to recognize Jacquees for his outstanding customer service. He was confident, reassuring, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. He went out of his way to assist us and made a big difference in our experience. Unfortunately, when he asked a manager a question, her response came across as sarcastic and dismissive in front of us, which was disappointing--especially since he was clearly doing his best to help. Pickup was another mixed experience. I understand the process, but I did wish there was a bit more flexibility. I only had one accent chair to load, but I had to wait about 10-15 minutes while two employees assisted another customer with a large sectional. It would have been nice if someone could have quickly grabbed my item instead of making me wait. Overall, I'm very happy with the quality of the furniture and especially the protection plan. And again, huge thanks to Jacquees--he truly stood out and made a lasting impression.

They have wheelchairs available and also kids carts. They have a play center for your kids. They have an adult area ; where you can order snacks and drinks. Very reasonable prices -$2 for alcoholic drinks and $2-$3 for snacks. Just remember the bar closes at 8pm and store closes at 9pm. Sometimes they run out of food items. You're allowed to take your drinks around the store , while you're looking around. Who doesn't love shopping and drinking; hahaha great idea! Service is good; there are salespeople around; but they're not annoying like the car dealership salespeople.

The low back pain had been getting worse the past 2 months so I knew it was time to bite the bullet and upgrade to a mattress with springs again. Memory foam mattress are designed to compress so the support just doesn't cut it. I came in on a Friday and Josh helped me figure out which beds would be best for me. After laying on my back and side on at least 10-12 different models, I ended up buying a floor model of the higher end Beauty Rest Black X-Class manufactured 10/2019. Josh was great! I didn't feel pressured by him. I knew what I was looking for and he just showed me options. I knew I wanted a bed with coiled springs. I had done some research and really bed-in-a box just can't provide the support that coiled springs do. Also, many hotels purchase Beauty Rest mattresses and most of the hotels I have stayed in over the past years have been the most comfortable beds. They carry Purple, Aireloom, Beauty Rest (owned by Simmons), Serta and Purple. Josh let me put about half down and then I paid the balance the next day (Saturday). They then arranged to deliver the same day. They hauled off my old mattress and set-up my new one. Josh and the delivery crew were all friendly and professional. I am not sure how cheap of mattresses they sell but it seems like the range is $2-4k. Josh gave me a great deal for my queen mattress.
