The store has a good selection of different brands, styles and tiers to choose from. From very affordable to top of the line. Miss Debbie remembered that we had spoken on the phone earlier and reconfirmed that I was seeking a soft to medium queen bed for my Mom who is a side and back sleeper. Miss Debbie walked me over to a bed that just so happened to be on sale. She also recommended a mattress cover to protect it. I thought I would have to look at several stores, but that was not the case. Miss Debbie is Very Professional, attentive to the needs of the customer, offering several mattresses, protectors, delivery dates and times. Very personable, a real people person, and that makes her a beautiful person. Superior service and with a smile, that which I did not receive at one of the other stores. My family and I came to this location after having lunch and right when we walked in we were greeted by the store manager Debbie. First impression is huge and right off the bat we trusted her and knew we were going to be taken care of and not ripped off. We first started on a bed which told us what rating we were so we could easily find a bed that would fit us. We found the perfect one for both of us which was a 2.5! We got a king size bed and have it on order and will get it delivered on Thursday! Overall the location is very clean and Debbie is running a great establishment and tells she cares about her customers and we greatly appreciate that! We 100% out our trust in her and the brand and we can't wait to get the bed! If you're looking to spend some pretty serious cash on a quality mattress I highly recommend going into this mattress land and speaking with Debbie! I actually bought a mattress from her about 2 years ago and loved it. The great thing about this place is you can get "fitted" for a mattress. It's amazing! Most of the mattresses are rated at a number that will fit your sleeping needs. I went back a few days ago to order a bed for my daughter and Debbie helped us again. She's super helpful and professional. She makes the buying process easy and is never pushy about trying to make a sale. She is genuinely looking to help you make the best purchase for your budget. Our experience at Mattress Land was excellent. There was no hard sell and the SleepFIT process was quick and somewhat fun. We were escorted to a number of beds that fit our sleep style and encouraged to try them on for size. (Hygienic disposable pillow covers were provided for the experience.) The number of beds we were shown was not overwhelming. The whole process from welcome, to SleepFIT, decision to final paperwork was about half an hour. Not too bad considering we'd been dreading the process for months. Debbie was super awesome and cut us a deal. No dread needed! No hard sell, although there is room for negotiation allowed. Will update after delivery. UPDATE: Delivery occurred on time and as scheduled. The two young guys were friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They didn't miss a beat in the removal of our old mattress and box spring. The whole process was around 15-20 minutes total from the time they parked the delivery vehicle, to the time they drove away. read more

My husband and I have been putting off finding a new mattress out of the process seeming like a pressure headache. We walked into Mattress Land and were greeted promptly by a lady that was working with another client. After she was done, she came over and introduced herself as Debbie and could tell on our faces we had absolutely no clue how to get started with finding the right mattress for us. She had us lay on a test bed that would rate our pressure points to help steer us in the right direction which was helpful because I have fibromyalgia and it was important we found a bed that was great for both of us but more importantly, helped me sleep better with my pain. Debbie did a wonderful job through the whole process, listened to what we liked and didn't like and also didn't try to just sell us the most expensive bed, she sold us on what would make us happy customers and sleepers. Just made our first purchase at Mattress Land (Sierra Vista Mall location) . We spent the weekend shopping for a mattress. We visited at least 5 locations in the Fresno/Clovis area. It was such an overwhelming process, but as soon as we arrived at Mattress Land, Debbie put my mind at ease . Debbie is so professional, kind, knowledgeable and compassionate! I was so impressed! I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer every single one without hesitation , she really knows her stuff! We highly value professional knowledge and a "Non-Pushy" approach. I've been waiting to leave this review. We bought our mattress in early July. I wanted to give it some time to really see how I feel about it. Give me a minute, it might be long. I have had back & neck problems for most of my life & wake up in pain every morning. The only relief I had was when we stayed at one particular hotel when we go to Disneyland. Because of this, when it came time to find a mattress, I went looking specifically for the one at that hotel. That particular style was hotel-only, so I went looking for the brand. There are other Mattress Land branches that sell the brand I wanted, but their reviews were not great, so I opted to go to this branch first, just because of the awesome reviews. Here was my experience: I went in by myself (my husband was out of town & put me in charge of picking it out because I'm the one with issues). When I walked in, there were two sales reps working & they both had customers. So, I decided to walk around to get my bearings. All the mattresses had a rating on them & I quickly figured out that the higher the rating, the softer the mattress. I stuck with trying the 4's because I really like to be cozy & I love soft things, so of course I want a 4, right? The sales reps checked on me every few minutes until Debbie was free. I'd already read some great reviews about her specifically, so I felt good about working with her. She heard my story & then put me on the Sleep Fit System (or whatever it's called). That was crazy! I could feel the mattress moving beneath me to fit to my body! Well, when it was done, I was shocked that it rated me between a 2-2.5... wait, what?? Debbie wanted me to try the 2's because I was closer to a 2 than 2.5, but of course I wanted to push it, so I wanted the 2.5's. She humored me, but sweetly encouraged me to try some 2's. We tried many different options & the whole time she was subtly steering me & educating me & learning about me. After a few minutes (it really didn't take long), I thought I had found the right fit. Of course it was a 2... I still felt some insecurities about it & the fact that it wasn't the brand I wanted. It turns out that this particular branch won't sell that brand because of their quality standards. Debbie explained all of that to me too. She was seriously awesome, gave us a wonderful deal (4th of July didn't hurt either!), worked with us on delivery to Kingsburg, & talked me through financing & what would happen if it wasn't a good fit. We've been sleeping on the mattress for 2 months. It's seriously been amazing! My pain has gotten better, my sleep has improved, & every time I lay on my bed I am just so grateful. I would never have picked this mattress out on my own, I really believed that I needed the squishiest mattress possible! I'm incredibly grateful that I went to THIS branch & for Debbie & her patience & knowledge. I highly recommend this branch & any of the sales reps you meet. I believe that Debbie is the manager, so I feel pretty confident that anyone you work with will be awesome. Smartest thing I did was go with my instinct to choose the great reviews over what I thought I wanted. Debbie, thank you for taking such good care of me! Update: Well, first it's been nearly 2 years & I'm still super happy with our mattress. Just thought that would be useful information. Second, we just moved my MIL to Cali from NC. She has had 2 back surgeries & has a lot of pain on the regular. Since we brought her out here with no furniture, we knew that her mattress would be a huge priority investment. Of course my first suggestion was to go back to see Debbie. I knew it would be a positive experience. After putting our mom on the Sleep Fit system, we learned about what the best options would be. After several tries, mom settled on the first mattress Debbie had suggested. I didn't know that a movable base was an option, but once again, Debbie took care of us. I feel confident that our mom will be as happy with her purchase as we are with ours. We were getting really frustrated by the time we wound up at Mattress Land. A lot of bait and switch. We had called one store and they said next day delivery - only to find they really meant 10-day delivery. The specials advertised on line were nowhere to be found. Felt hustled. Sandy helped us. Courteous, knowledgeable. She actually listened to what we wanted and didn't try to up sell. Truly one day delivery. Very happy with our sales experience. AVOID these stores! (Reno, NV) They delivered a defective mattress, confirmed it was defective, and replaced with another defective mattress. By 'executive declaration' they then refused to refund or reassess, and terminated all customer service thereafter. IMO they are below industry standards. I feel scammed out of more than $2,000. I came in knowing my budget and what I wanted the mattress to feel like so I made things a little easier however Debbie was friendly, patient and accommodating to my needs. As of today I am so comfortable with my new mattress and feel 10x better knowing that MattressLand SleepFIT had my best interest at heart! Thank you again! --------Initial Review------- Horrible warranty!! Bought my mattress in 2015, I lived with a 2.5" indent with 9.5" radius for well over a year. Spent the $60 on the "inspection/disposal" fee to have it declined due to stains brought on from the indent. Those 3 years that mattress had a SOLID foundation for the box spring and mattress. I got a protective cover and it was always protected. So tell me how could my mattress have stains? I was told that if I were damp or wet that could damage the mattress and ruin the warranty as well. So tell me Mattress land how can something ,that's protected might I add, get damp or wet or even stains?!? The stains of which they saw were on the perimeter of the indent.. this indent if laid on you can feel each coil.. this is how important your customer comfort is?! I'm 3 years into my 10 year warranty and this is ok with this company?! BS. I work for a service company I know that you do not make this product but if our customer is not happy (1) or (2) not comfortable with the product we provided even though we did not manufacture the product we take RESPONSIBILITY for our product provided. Mattressland denied the responsibility of THEIR customers comfort. Think twice before using this company. They claim it's rare to have such a problem but I've learned a very hard lesson. I'm out well over $1000 for something that should have lasted me till 2025. Now in 2018 I have to go spend another $1000 or more to make my life comfortable. Might I add I suffer from chronic headaches so waking up each morning with a new knot and a new tension headache is the curse mattressland bestowed upon me. The wife and I went in tonight looking for a new mattress. I was pretty sure this was going to be as just as frustrating as car shopping, but I couldn't have been more wrong. She showed us four or five different mattresses, explains each in complete detail, and all the possible options. Once we picked out a model, the payment and delivery details were worked. The entire process only took about 40 minutes, and my wife and I walked out happy, and confident in our purchase. We had no choice but to take our one year old with us to shop for a mattress not only did Debbie hold him and play with him while me and my husband sat on beds she gave him things to play with to keep him occupied. She first put me on what's called a "bed fit," to help determine MY best fit mattress, according to my body type and pressure points.
