To be disconnected with multiple times is one thing, to be completely disrespected is another case entirely. Now I may not be a genius, but one thing I know for sure is reputable companies stand up when mistakes are made. They value any type of business, regardless if it is a bid that leads to a contract or just a quick question.Needless to say your end users are not impressed at all!!!!

I'm a bit disappointed because Microtech advertises a lot on craigslists for various services. One…read moreof those services include satellite dish installations. I called them to inquire for service for a directv dish installation. This is just a normal run of the mill 2 story home. It was prewired for the dish to be mounted along the corner of the 2nd story exterior. I explained this to the gentleman who was assisting me. He was professional and had good phone vibes, but he said they would decline to do the job. I was scratching my head asking myself, "but this is a standard job" He explained and made it seem like this was a difficult and special case because it was 2 stories, and there was no way to get to the roof? I'm sorry but that just seems weak. I walk around my neighborhood and I see other houses which are very similar with installations of their dishes just fine? I mean 10 houses! So why can't they seem to do a standard job that others have done? There was a mention about using a lift? And how that was expensive? So how did the other installers do it? I'm sorry, but if you can't do a standard install like this, then you should not even advertise you do it.
