Worst body shop experience I've ever had. I took my car to Julio's Body Shop and the results were…read morebeyond terrible. The new bumper they put on wasn't even installed correctly -- my dad had to pop it in because it was hanging loose. The paint didn't even match and was already cracking. On top of that, my horn doesn't work, my cruise control doesn't work, my outside temperature sensor stopped working, half of my driver-side headlight doesn't work, and even the battery warning light came on after their so-called "repair." When I took it to a real mechanic, they told me this was one of the worst jobs they've ever seen. They said whoever worked on my vehicle didn't even bother to plug things back in properly. That explains all the electrical issues I'm now dealing with. When I asked Julio about it, he suddenly claimed the wires were "spliced up," which is completely untrue. Funny how he only mentioned that after I brought up the check engine light and other problems. If I hadn't said anything, he probably wouldn't have admitted to anything at all. To make things worse, the customer service is just as bad. His mother, who works the front desk, was rude as hell. When I asked how long the repair would take, she gave me attitude and snapped back, "None of your business. When you have your own shop you can do what you want." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Julio also ignored my calls and texts, and when I finally reached out again, he acted like he didn't even know who I was. Totally shady. And to top it all off, he randomly told my wife he was "7 months sober from meth." Totally unnecessary and not something a customer should ever hear. Here's some pics of the horrible job they did so you can see for yourself. NEVER have I ever seen work done this poorly. I was supposed to bring the car back to let him "fix it," but I'm not risking letting him mess it up even worse. I'm taking it to a real mechanic who actually knows what they're doing. If you care about your vehicle, avoid Julio Jr. and this shop at all costs.

So to all that are looking to have work done to your vehicle do not trust this place cause they will alter and take short cuts very disappointed in Julio's shop

Insurance gives them a budget on what they can fix which was weirdly stressed throughout them having the car.. budget and work ethic are two different things. Taking pride in your work if you will. As the paint job can give you and example. Stressed their budget then and upon pick up and expressed to the person they called to pick up the car that WASNT ME, NOR THEIR CAR. Insurance gives them a budget on money, not their work ethic & performance. Time frame continuously extending, never received updates to be notified on status. Didn't know anything at any point unless I contacted them myself. Like when insurance contacted them letting them know changes were made. They put the wrong name down to hold place for my car. And called the wrong number when the car was finished. This person made them aware of calling the wrong number and still didn't reach out to me to make me aware of my car being finished. Despite me calling continuously on my personal number. The link they provide with texts and calls to stay updated, no one updates you nor answers. My link gave me the go on my car being ready for pick up, and I double checked by calling and he said they had no control over the link and kept the car an additional week. Front desk worker, is highly unprofessional, personality, attire, professionalism didn't seem to exist to her even though she chose a customer service position? a mess if you will. Ignored when you walk in, she wanted to continue gossiping in the back and told me to wait. Won't greet you upon entry even though this is her place of work, she chose this position she chooses to clocks in to get paid for. Yet treats customers like doing her job is an inconvenience. Lady that sits closest to the entry door. You'll know as soon as she chooses to look up and say anything . One big disappointing and dissatisfied experience. Will never recommend

Will need to look under the vehicle since past reviews mention damages when they are replacing parts. The guy I was supposed to show me the car was gone for the day and they were closing so I took off without a thorough walkthrough. I did notice some things missing from the car, stuff from the glovebox and dash compartments, like change and my music SD card. Not ok, and won't be coming back.

First we had to bring the car in for an estimate. We then made an appointment for 2 weeks in the future. (Earliest time they could do it?) Upon drop off (on a Tuesday), we were told it would be done by that Friday! AWESOME! That's GREAT! Well, on Friday, THEY called US and told that it was in paint and would be done Monday at the latest. Monday came and went with no call so I called on Tuesday. Was told it was "in paint and would be done Thursday." I called Thursday and was told it was "in paint and would be ready Friday." No calls to tell us it was ready on Friday so I called THEM on Monday to be told that it was "in body." At that point I asked, if it is in body BEFORE or AFTER paint? She said before... hmmmmmmm... so it's been in paint the 3 times we talked to them previously but now it's back in body? I don't know. I just felt like we were told something so that we'd get off the phone and stop "bothering" them. I understand the process of fixing a car can take longer than expected... but maybe it should be voiced... this place DEFINITELY can use more communication. We only received ONE call from them and WE had to do all the rest. It wasn't until my husband demanded that it be done by a certain day that it actually got completed.... nearly 2 weeks longer than originally estimated. And even with that, he had to wait over an hour in the shop because it wasn't ready when they told him it'd be ready for pick up. I gave them a (generous) 2-Star because, yes, the car got fixed. Kind of upset that our insurance company actually recommends this place. We will NOT be taking our vehicles here in the future.

The actual damage was limited to the bumper, tailgate, and a small section of the bed where the bumper contacted it. The first time I was told my truck was ready, I found lint trapped behind the paint. Devon, the representative I was dealing with, claimed it was not behind the paint and said it could be buffed out. Additionally, the freshly painted side of the bed was covered in tree sap from being parked under a tree, making it dirty and impossible to properly inspect. I refused to accept the vehicle and asked for the issues to be corrected. At that point, Devon stated they were not going to respray it and that he was not ordering new decals. His attitude was essentially that the work had already been done once and he was not willing to redo it, despite visible paint defects. The second time I was called to pick up the truck, the lint issue still had not been fixed, the tailgate cap had been broken during disassembly, and there was also a paint chip that had not been addressed. After pointing this out, Devon reluctantly agreed to respray the bumper. When I went to pick it up for the third time, the paint was worse than before, with even more lint trapped behind it and overspray on adjacent panels due to improper masking. The general manager, Todd, eventually came out to inspect the issues and was professional and understanding. He acknowledged the problems and stated they would tear it down and make it right. However, on the day I was scheduled to pick it up for the fourth time, I was informed they had burned through the paint with a buffer and would need to respray it again. While I will update this review once the repair is finally completed, the customer service I received from Devon alone is enough to ensure I will never return to this location. Refusing to properly redo defective work and dismissing issues as "small" is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this Caliber Collision location
