But after I called and talked to both Dot and later LaRay, I was impressed. They were attentive and alert and gave great service. They obviously knew what they were doing and knew how to coordinate to meet my needs. But my driver, Bennie, is the real hero of this story -- I can't overstate how awesome he was in angling a huge flatbed in my tiny neighborhood with cars stacked up against every curb. And when I had watched him hook up the vehicle, I could see that he knew his craft. There is no substitute for experience. Bennie could probably fold space with his mind and pilot a container ship through a soda straw if he wanted to. I wouldn't have believed there was an art to it before today, but there is. This company uses seasoned drivers that have graduated to this level of professionalism and want to work at a top-tier company.
