I literally could've just splashed soapy water on my car and come out with the same results. I'd rather take the extra drive down to Billy Hext for my car washes. At least there they scrub down your car before you go in for a wash. Plus they hand dry your car when you come out. Hard pass.

Their packages are probably the most expensive I have seen in Odessa, but they are closer to my home than the last place I used to go. Every car gets hand dried, but they do such a horrible job of it. It's really hot and dry now, so of course the water will start to dry on the car as soon as you exit the wash. They smartly wait right at the exit and do a quick dry, but my windows still look horrible after the fact. They also have "free" self-service vacuum cleaners. It should be phrased "included in your purchase" since you already paid to get your car washed to be in that part of the premises. Edited 9/4/18. So I go here pretty regularly (at least 4 times a week) because I have the unlimited service and hate having a dirty car. They do a really bad job of drying the cars. It is an included service but they rush over it and often do a half job of it - they don't touch half the windshield, they ignore the side mirrors or windows...

I came in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday. It is a small venue and I can see how they would get overwhelmed on a weekend or busy day, but today was great. The individual assigned to my car was detail oriented and customer service friendly. For a "while you wait" service, they did a great job today. Would have expected more if it was a drop off place. Be wary on high traffic days. Oh, and don't plan on knocking out any Christmas shopping in the "Boutique." LOL!
