I have no idea how this place stays in business. I took my car to get it washed, and it came out, looking dirty. The manager did offer to rewash my car herself. Why should I have to waste my time for them to rewash my car when they couldn't wash it correctly the first time? read more

The car wash opens at 8am. We got here at 7:55 on a Saturday morning without realizing what time they opened. There was already people waiting so we wait until 8. Once it's time to open, the employees are well aware of the time and continue to make us wait past 8. We left and came back later after realizing that they weren't ready to open Now I know why people prefer Apex, they are much faster and have better customer service. Mighty wash's line moves sooooo slow . Not only that, they only have a few spots where the vacuums are actually working. Don't come here, they suck. I tried this car wash after not using them for several years because of how poor it was. I was hoping that maybe they had new management people but it still sucks. I was hoping it improved enough that I would switch my monthly car wash back to them but they failed the test miserably. I paid extra for hand dry and they hardly did anything as shown in the pictures. Had I known it was that bad I would not have given them the tip I did. Their vacuum cleaners hardly worked. My wife went to wash her car RAV4 and they broke the left back mirror in the tunThey didn't accepted their responsibility . They told mi wife it was her fault. Terrible place, it's DANGEROUS !!!! If you go there is under you responsibility They don't care about customer service. Isabel Casteneda is the site manager, she didn't care!! She told me she was not going to pay. If you purchase the monthly pass be prepared to be frustrated. It has never once worked for me and I have had it for almost a year. The frustrating part is that then you have to rely on someone to manually let you in. The bad thing about that is they are busy and it takes a while for someone to help you as you hold the whole line up. Also the drying is awful. My car is always streaky. read more

I use mighty wash all the time. I prefer the one on Kermit because it's closer to my house but this is the last time I will go there. I will be using the one on tres hermanas from now on. I just went to this Kermit location paid for the top of the line wash, tire package, and hand dry. 2 full sides of my Jeep are so spotty that it doesn't appear it even got cleaned. I asked the guy what was up with that and he said "you must park by sprinklers cuz it's hard to get the spots off and I can't get it". Well I DONT park by a sprinkler so what's the next excuse other than he was the only one hand drying and he was ready to get to the next 2 vehicles waiting for him. I've been buying monthly passes there for years because of the convenience. The first month I went to a higher package I noticed my car looked worse than before I would wash it. Also they were charging extra for the tire cleaner that didn't work! Didn't offer to refund the difference nada. And even though I have to rush home to dry my mirrors cuz the guys always leave them wet. Check the windows guys!!! I still have a pass due to convince from my house (it's only a 4 min drive). But if another one opens up within 10 mins from me I'll switch. read more

$12 for the basic wash got my work truck looking like new again! I'm happy with that!! Two attendants working who scrubbed bugs and rims. They did fold my mirrors in (convenient for them I know, but my mirrors are dirty enough that I was a little sad. As dirty and dusty as Odessa is, the more good car washes the better! read more
