I came in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday. It is a small venue and I can see how they would get overwhelmed on a weekend or busy day, but today was great. The individual assigned to my car was detail oriented and customer service friendly. For a "while you wait" service, they did a great job today. Would have expected more if it was a drop off place.
