The problems started with the initial estimate, which included parts that were clearly not damaged. For example, a tail light was listed as scratched even though it was nowhere near the damaged area. The actual damage was limited to the bumper, tailgate, and a small section of the bed where the bumper contacted it. The first time I was told my truck was ready, I found lint trapped behind the paint. Devon, the representative I was dealing with, claimed it was not behind the paint and said it could be buffed out. Additionally, the freshly painted side of the bed was covered in tree sap from being parked under a tree, making it dirty and impossible to properly inspect. I refused to accept the vehicle and asked for the issues to be corrected. At that point, Devon stated they were not going to respray it and that he was not ordering new decals. His attitude was essentially that the work had already been done once and he was not willing to redo it, despite visible paint defects. The second time I was called to pick up the truck, the lint issue still had not been fixed, the tailgate cap had been broken during disassembly, and there was also a paint chip that had not been addressed. After pointing this out, Devon reluctantly agreed to respray the bumper. When I went to pick it up for the third time, the paint was worse than before, with even more lint trapped behind it and overspray on adjacent panels due to improper masking. The general manager, Todd, eventually came out to inspect the issues and was professional and understanding. He acknowledged the problems and stated they would tear it down and make it right. However, on the day I was scheduled to pick it up for the fourth time, I was informed they had burned through the paint with a buffer and would need to respray it again. While I will update this review once the repair is finally completed, the customer service I received from Devon alone is enough to ensure I will never return to this location. If you need your car back in a reasonable amount of time, DO NOT BRING IT HERE!!! Go out of town if you must but don't bring it here. I dropped my car off to them 5/4. My original completion date was 6/1 which was a month after I brought it to them. Today is 6/19. Communication has been next to non existent and when I do hear from them it's just excuse after excuse. The manager, Todd, was supposed to call me back today with yet ANOTHER completion date and never even bothered. At this point I'm ready to rip my car out of their shop and take it elsewhere as it seems the repairs they have made were not done correctly because their newest excuse as to why it isn't done is because my rear taillight doesn't fit, so clearly they've not done the repairs to spec. All I've received instead of my car is excuses and extensions. Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere, seriously. I wish I had never taken my vehicle here. read more

I had a small accident in mid-October, and funny enough, the guy who hit me told me not to take my truck to Caliber Collision. I had no idea how right he was. They had my truck for three months and never once called me with an update. Every few weeks, I had to call them, and there was always an excuse. After all that time, they charged my insurance $15,000 (on a 10-year-old truck with 150K miles) and didn't even complete all the work they were supposed to, like reinstalling the clear bra or fixing the grill. When I finally got it back, I immediately noticed five major issues: 1.Grinding noise from the right front wheel at slow speeds. 2. Rapidly blinking turn signal, blinker not working on the headlight they replaced. 3. Pulling hard to the right, requiring the steering wheel to be held about 10 degrees to the left to drive straight. 4. Front grill had a broken clip, causing it to pop up (still not fixed) 5.Lost my license plate, which has been a huge hassle to replace. So, I had to take it back and they kept it for a few weeks. They told me they fixed everything, but when I got it back the second time, the blinker still didn't work. I decided to take the headlight off myself to see what was wrong. Turns out, they threw away the wire harness adapter for the blinker on that side. All they had to do was unplug the old headlight assembly and plug in the new one, but instead, they tossed an important piece and then spent time chasing a "resistor issue or grounding issue" that didn't exist. They also ordered a brand-new all-terrain tire that I didn't need. It doesn't fit on my spare rim, so I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with it. They did finally fix the grinding noise and the pulling issue, but my tire still rubs badly on the side they worked on, and I'll have to trim the fender liner myself. Todd, the manager, promised me he'd make things right. He even said he'd personally pick up my truck, fix the blinker issue, and bring it back. That was two weeks ago, and I haven't heard from him since. So now its been four months and $15K in repairs, I'm still spending hours of my time fixing their mistakes. read more

This business is either overwhelmed and needs to hire more staff or is wholly unconcerned with timely service. I had multiple conversations with management about timely repairs for simple hail damage (no paint was needed) and was repeatedly assured that when I scheduled an appointment that it would be done within the timeframe we discussed (7 full business days, as they aren't open on the weekends) and that I would receive a call shortly after dropping my truck off. I never received a call and wasn't informed of any status until I called them over a week after dropping it off and they had just started work, and was informed that I might get it back the early part of the next week. Communication is poor and painful, with little ability to reach the person I was assigned and getting updates or a timeframe in which the vehicle will be ready is basically impossible. read more

First and foremost the professionalism at this business was outstanding. Great customer service especially Andy who kept me updated on the condition of my vehicle. Highly recommend if you ever get a boo boo on your vehicle. I would say the only con is the limited parking and road construction other than that please stop by just to find out information if you undecided. read more

They left overspray and said it was pollen, they don't take responsibility for their mess ups. The paint came off on the front of the truck. We let our insurance company know and found out they don't even deal with caliber collision any more because of their poor work!
