Our water is night and day better than it was before. I can drink from the tap with no mineral taste. I can wash my hands without a gallon of soap. I can rest easy knowing my home's plumbing is better protected. The price of the full install was very reasonable and Trevor made scheduling easy. From start to finish Trevor was super helpful and easy to work with. He made an initial consult visit to make sure he knew the house layout and all the materials he would need for the install, and then came out a couple of weeks later to install the unit. One thing I liked is that he is also a licensed electrician, and was able to pull wire directly for the unit and he even installed a new, unused outdoor outlet near the unit solely for our convenience and use. This shows an attention to detail and quality that I really appreciated. The install went smoothly and Trevor gave us a nearly one hour long in-person training on all the things we need to know about owning the water softener. He allowed us to record the video which gave us a ton of peace of mind. Within the same day our water was vastly improved. Bill initially came out to do the water test on our water besides going over in detail about Rainsoft. We appreciated his detail & sales pitch. They in fact came out the next day to install our water filtration system in our garage & reverse osmosis underneath our Kitchen sink. It only took them three hours although one guy had to return an hour later bc a hose was left hanging. I spoke with the boss' wife Kelly who made sure all of our concerns were taken care of. I also conversed with Alexandria too who was very helpful & quite knowledgeable. Plus the day after our install Laddie one of their service techs came out to our home to explain the computer part of the system. So far my wife feels the difference on her skin as it's not super super dry as well as laundered items were very soft. He was willing to work with my schedule and come a bit later in the day. He was also upfront about what conditions he wouldn't be able to help me with (if it's already being serviced by someone else etc). Randy is very passionate about water! It's clear when you talk to him. He was able to easily figure out that blue tank is a carbon resin filter. He was able to talk me through my options and give a written estimated cost. Later on I received a call from the tech to schedule the service. I told him I'd need to be out of town in the afternoon and again he was able to work with me and told me he's arrive at the earlier side of the arrival window which worked out great! I called the day of to confirm the appointment. Randy picked up! I looked up the tech's schedule and helped confirm the tech should arrive on the earlier end of the window. The cost for a resin filter change was a bit under $400. But it's a great value when you consider they only need to be changed every 10 years! Randy also answered all my questions including signs for when it's time for maintenance. He also gave me a verbal quote for how much it would be to install an under the sink RO system. Super helpful people all around! Since the resin filter doesn't require much maintenance I won't be seeing them often but still highly recommend! Payment for services is by personal check or you can call the office to use a credit card. For the on-site assessment cash was also accepted.

But then she kept insisting that my wife had to be present during the consultation because it was "company policy." I've dealt with plenty of home service companies before and have never once heard of a requirement like that. I explained that I would be the one paying for and managing the project, but she continued to push the point that my wife needed to be there. At that point, I politely asked to cancel the appointment and ended the call. A few minutes later she called me back saying they could make an exception, but by then the whole interaction had already rubbed me the wrong way. It was a very strange and uncomfortable experience for something that should have been a simple quote. I decided not to move forward with them. Would not recommend.
