I was so surprised with their install price... They told me on the phone that if they could get it installed in under (I think) they said 5 minutes it would be free. If it went over that time it would be $39.00. Wait What? I took in my laptop and they work on it in a location you can watch what they are doing. It really appeared like they were trying to get done before 5 minutes. Almost like it was a competition or something. He failed but was not going to charge me. I insisted on paying. He tried so hard to get it done within 5 minutes. It was more like 7 minutes. I gladly paid the $35. It's been a couple of months now and my laptop runs like a chp now. I highly recommend this company. They saved me over $100.00 in parts and service and did a great job doing it.

I felt extremely uncomfortable. I was scammed after paying them $200 they "forgot" to do the entire repair leading the the screen failing 10 days later. The screen costs them$45 in an hour they make $150 in labor and can't bother to offer me any discount or solution after they are at fault. Absolutely worst phone repair experience ever.

There is FedEx Kinko's downtown and who wants to brave traffic and parking for one binding job? Not me. There is Office Depot but they charge an great deal more than Copy Co for the same job. Copy Co has been in a business for a long time. They never seem to have a large volume of business but they are always steady with customers. I have never had to wait in line for very long and, even if you did, they make it pleasant. There is a bank of couches lined up against a wall just for customers who are waiting for orders. Darn it! I've never had such luck. They look so comfy I do not think I would mind waiting. The staff is always friendly and they understand what you need even when your job might be unusual. They have made special customized creations for me when a particular need arose, too. All their work has been high quality and reasonably priced. I have made black/white and color copies there, personalized calendars, book and project binding and lamination services. I have never been disappointed in the finished product. Copy Co has also produced my work in a timely manner. I have never had to wonder when my projects would be finished. I like the piece of mind this allows me. It is easy to access the store, too. There is no problem with parking or ease of access. Easy in, easy out. Highly recommended for the types of jobs that need to be done inexpensively, quickly and dependably.

I was going through the recent passing of my mother at the time and I do graphic design and I wanted to do a huge blown up tribute to my mother. I wanted to make sure that the picture was clear and beautiful and I just wasn't sure about all the other places about whether they could deliver what I wanted. So when I came to this place I came with a little hesitancy and uncertainty mainly due to the request that I was needing and the sincerity and urgency of my need. First of all the staff were extremely friendly and offered their condolences for my loss. When I showed them what I had made they even complimented me on it and when I expressed to them what I wanted they immediately assured me that they could do so. I was even given the option of choosing to wait while it was completed, or I could leave and return. Due to the nature of my need, I decided to stay and wait. The finished product was absolutely beautiful they gave me exactly what I asked for and for a beautiful price, they did such a wonderful job with the first tribute that I made a second one in honor of my mom and they did wonderful with it as well. A lot of the prices in town were pretty expensive compared to this place so I had decided from that day forward that any printing work that I need it done this would be the place I come to. Little did I know that six months after my mom passed, I would be coming again for pretty much the same thing when my mom's sister passed away and her family was seeking my graphic design ability to do a tribute to their mom which was my aunt. Copyco came through again and blew up the picture to the beautiful size that I needed . it was so beautifully done. They have never let me down and everything that I've asked them to do and to do it under the pressure due to the situation of grieving and loss, They came through like troopers. I have a touchscreen laptop that I've had for three years that I brought in to The Computer Store. A few days ago it made a crazy sound and yesterday it totally stopped turning on telling me that I had a "fan error." I figured since this thing is such a small machine I'll have to send it away to Lenovo to get it repaired and pay a pretty penny. I was at the store for 30 minutes tops. I walked in and waited on two clients that were ahead of me. One more actually walked in while I was being served, as well. So, they are definitely busy. Randy took my touchscreen laptop to the back room with the plan to look up the model number and part that might be necessary to order. He ended up opening it up by taking the screen off and noticing that the brass housing around the fan was bent down a little bit. It turns out that's where I actually pick up the computer and put pressure on the screen. What a mistake! He gently pried the brass housing up so that it wouldn't rub on the fan. HE FIXED IT!!!!!!!! And, HE DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME. The dude fixed my laptop and must've saved me at least $200 and a week's worth of time. Some other unscrupulous businesses may have told me there was a problem and taken money from me. I never would've been any the wiser. They could've held my computer for a few days and charge me $150. This was a very standup thing to do and I think they deserve to earn some more business for helping me. Please see what they can do for you. I will definitely refer people to The Computer Store if I get the chance. Give it a shot. It saved me money and grief!

Had it up and running just fine without having to do anything. Asked me to bring in my monitor to check it. The monitor ended up being the problem. Diagnostic was very reasonably priced. Had a monitor in stock that was also reasonably priced so they fixed me up. Very happy with the experience and will gladly return in the future with any further computer problems.
