Its pretty shady that none of their policies are ever in writing, but an ever changing list of agreements, and promotions whenever this company feels like it. And an agreement with the online store will not be honored the same day as an agreement with your local store such as a $20 phone activation fee. More Specifically the online store offers a customers who leave a free month of service, but they never gave it to me! I work 48 hours a week plus school so I don't have time to wait on them, and just borrowed another phone waiting 2 weeks to get it. Instead of honoring the agreement they never gave me the free month claiming I said I didn't want it. And then saying that it expires. When I try to talk to customer service about this they bounce me around between 3 representatives leaving me on hold 20 minutes at a time. When I ask for the manager I am told the manager is not available; even though I was just told 15 minutes ago in the same call that they would talk to the manager. The manager is available they just don't want to talk. If they did, and actually were busy they would call you back in 5 min or so. This company lies to your face and not only doesn't value its customers but doesn't respect them either. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I called 5 times and was told on all separate accounts that a manager would call me back because they changed accounting systems and only a manager access the old system. I never once received a call back. After calling again three years later, I finally got an email saying too much time has passed and they will not refund me. How can they keep someone's money for a service never provided? This is illegal in many states and the business is suppose to report unearned revenue to the state or refund the customer. It's blatant robbery. Awful customer service!

I brought in an older MacBook Pro Retina 2011 and was desperate to find a solution to fix it. Apple stores just turned me away trying to sell their newest thing, I came to I guru to get his opinion on what was wrong and low and behold it was something that no one could fix,, my GPU among other things was busted.. As a photographer, Im in contact need of my computer and graphics tools. He could have totally taken me to the cleaners and billed me for all kinds of things but he was straight forward and honest. He answered all my questions without getting frustrated, like some other places. After doing some research on my renters policy, I found that I had computer coverage on it,, he was more than happy to provide documentation I needed to file my claim. I now have a new computer and I will be going to him from now on :). Verizon is THE BIGGEST SCAM. First of all, I've been in contact with Verizon and Assurion (their…read moreinsurance company) in regards to the insured phone that was stolen from me, for weeks. I have been hung up on several times, passed back and forth from rep to rep, to managers, from Verizon to Assurion back to Verizon several times. And NO ONE WANTS TO HELP. They are dragging this claim out as long as they can while I'm still being charged for a line that I don't have and they are very aware of the data usage on this phone and the fact that it was stolen. But I'm still paying for it as if nothing happened? They keep saying my claim is being reviewed, the first time 24 hours. Now three days later, they're telling me to wait another 7 to 10 business days. Wtf Verizon and Assurion? While I still have to be charged for a line I don't have access to using, they're taking their sweet time. But don't worry, they got their money for the deductible first and then decided to put the claim into review. They should not promise a new phone and make you pay a deductible if they aren't going to send you the phone. Now I'm stuck on a 3 year contract with a business that could care less about their customers. And my internet keeps dropping while I work, they were supposed to take half off my bill but they didn't. $285 for maybe a month and a half with only the ability to use 1 of the 2 lines I have. But they don't want me to cancel the line I can't use. I ain't paying for that. Do not use Verizon. Their service is trash.
