Verizon is THE BIGGEST SCAM. First of all, I've been in contact with Verizon and Assurion (their…read moreinsurance company) in regards to the insured phone that was stolen from me, for weeks. I have been hung up on several times, passed back and forth from rep to rep, to managers, from Verizon to Assurion back to Verizon several times. And NO ONE WANTS TO HELP. They are dragging this claim out as long as they can while I'm still being charged for a line that I don't have and they are very aware of the data usage on this phone and the fact that it was stolen. But I'm still paying for it as if nothing happened? They keep saying my claim is being reviewed, the first time 24 hours. Now three days later, they're telling me to wait another 7 to 10 business days. Wtf Verizon and Assurion? While I still have to be charged for a line I don't have access to using, they're taking their sweet time. But don't worry, they got their money for the deductible first and then decided to put the claim into review. They should not promise a new phone and make you pay a deductible if they aren't going to send you the phone. Now I'm stuck on a 3 year contract with a business that could care less about their customers. And my internet keeps dropping while I work, they were supposed to take half off my bill but they didn't. $285 for maybe a month and a half with only the ability to use 1 of the 2 lines I have. But they don't want me to cancel the line I can't use. I ain't paying for that. Do not use Verizon. Their service is trash.

While I was there he assisted a customer who had not switched her phone over from another carrier, couldnt/hadn't paid her bill and was taking her frustration out on Troy. He maintained his professionalism and at the end of the process she said thank you to Troy and left with a smile on her face. He also assisted a very chatty older gentleman who just seemed to really want to talk. But Troy assisted him and politely and professionally ended the transaction and moved on to help me. Small store and small staffinbut they focus on one customer at a time and get the job done. I'd give Troy a 7 out of 5 if I could. Great customer service!!

I made an appointment online for 4pm. When I arrived, there was one man receiving help and a…read morelarge family waiting. There was only one person working, I believe his name was Troy. I understood I would be waiting and that an appointment was no guarantee of service at 4pm. What I didn't anticipate is waiting for over an hour with no acknowledgment only to be told that when it was finally my turn, that the store was closed. There were others in the store that received that same message, one of which was a woman who arrived 10 minutes after I did. What's worse is this is the 2nd time I've visited that store with the same person telling me he couldn't help me. The 1st time because he was told to close the store early due to technical difficulties. While the young man was nice enough in both interactions, he's not the person you want representing your brand. AT&T may consider how they want these stores to operate. Independent or not - they are impactful brand ambassadors that didn't fulfill expectations. From my seats, he was left to fend for himself with unreliable systems and poor training.

We genuinely did not know what to expect since the beginning of our arrival my family ran into some complications. Nathan W. was the individual who helped us in our T - Mobile plan and he was genuinely the highlight of our first impression here at Kansas. He was kind, genuine, really helpful and most importantly really understanding and just a through and through 20/10. God Bless Him.

They did not close my contract, they did not indicate that I returned all the equipment and now I have a debt on me that was transferred to a collection agency. They made my life a living hell. She screwed up our contract completely, even the customer service agent was like WTF?! Now I have a broken phone , which I thought had insurance , Im still paying on the phone but cannot get a new one unless I want to pay FULL PRICE for one.
