They are always courteous and professional, and it is always a pleasure to work with them. As an example, we recently reached out to have a PCIe card removed from a Dell server as we did not have any technicians on-hand in the area at the time. I highly recommend Computer Doctor, and am looking forward to working with them again.

It took around 3 weeks to get my laptop back. I paid around 300$ for a new battery & installation, with the idea that I would receive an OEM factory battery. After 3 weeks of waiting, I am informed that I can either wait a while longer or take an aftermarket chinese battery. I chose the latter, being completely fed up with waiting. The battery they installed feels extremely cheap, visibly looking like its held together by duct tape. It has a 2 hour battery life, compared to the 6 to 8 hours I got before having my laptop serviced. And the worst part of it all? THEY STOLE MY 1TB INTERNAL HARD DRIVE!!!!! I was shocked to open my laptop casing to see a blank hole where my hard drive once was. I didn't receive any compensation for the massive downgrade in battery quality, nor did they ever even mention that they stole my $100+ internal HDD. i have since learned how to modify and fix my own technology and will never again trust others. This place is a huge overpriced scam center, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

A lot of the student organizations at school use this place so I decided to check it out for an…read moreevent that I was organizing. Anyone who knows me knows that I am a HUGE fan of efficiency and Target Copy is the place to go. It was the most easy and painless experience for someone who is technologically challenged like me. The guy at the front desk was extremely helpful in explaining things to me. I brought my flyer on a USB drive so he directed me to the computer. It's $0.35 per minute to use the computer, but it literally only took me a minute to pull my flyer up and send it to their printer. I had 100 flyers printed on regular paper, 2 per page and it cost around $30. They have a very helpful pricing book and will explain the total you will pay before you do anything. I think that's extremely helpful to get a quote before you use any services. Even using regular paper the flyers turned out beautiful! The whole process only took about 10 minutes. One thing I will advise about is the parking - there is a lot and a helpful parking attendant but the amount of parking is limited. Since there is a Dunkin Donuts, Subway (or some sandwich place nearby I'm not quite sure), and near campus the area is always packed with students. This is something to keep in mind. Overall I will definitely be back to print flyers for future events! Excellent and efficient service

A young lady by the name of "Enya" stepped in and actually singlehandedly made me reconsider not doing business with Target. I was over it until she stepped in and used her awesome customer service and people skills to correct all that had gone wrong while apologizing constantly while she corrected my job and invoice. This job was for my business, very specific and very important! She treated me as if my business was as important to her as it is to me! I appreciate her hard work, dedication, kindness and professionalism! She is truly an "ASSET" to this company, and at this point, an asset to mine as well! Honestly because and ONLY because of her, I'm still a customer and will be using Target Copy Center again in the near future. I think Ms. Enya would be the perfect person to use to train employees on how to properly do damage control and show the customer just how valuable they are to your client base as she did for me! awesome employee and an awesome young lady! Thank you, Ms. Enya! You're a game changer, a lifesaver and a customer's Shero!!!
