After making SEVERAL calls for a mold remediator, PUDDLES Restoration was the only one who responded to my call IMMEDIATELY. At approximately 8pm, after thoroughly explaining both verbally and with detailed videos, PUDDLES Restoration spent MANY hours performing an initial remediation, making the black mold exposed areas by the handyman 'safe' for me for the night, until he could return to completely and thoroughly check and remediate the entire house. PUDDLES Restoration uses plant-based products that are safe for humans and pets, which were both of great concern with my breathing condition as well as my cat's allergic skin condition. And by the way, my cat comes out of hiding for no one, but did while PUDDLES was there, only reinforcing my trust in him!! When the air quality tests came back, it was determined that far more than just the initially exposed areas I'd asked PUDDLES to remediate immediately so I could safely breathe, was affected (which he'd made clear to me in advance). It was determined that the entire house was mold-ridden!!!!
