I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once. Claims the burners would not work correctly whatever that means. Offered up a replacement furnace for $5K. Dad needs heat because after all he is 90. I set up an additional service provider as anyone would to get a competitive price and additional opinion. After their review they concluded that Polar's tech did a very poor job of cleaning and even worse job diagnosing the issue. It needed a thermostat...a G D thermostat and not a new furnace. Well the new company replaced the thermostat and all is well. Except for the epic miss for a seasoned veteran HVAC tech from Polar....one that should not occur. Makes me wonder if he was trying to take advantage of my 90 year old veteran father. That could never happen could it??? Seems odd though. This just reinforces my belief that there are very few service providers that can be trusted. Beware and stay clear of this hot mess of a company.

It was actually perfect. We finally got to the dreaded end of life for both our furnace and air conditioner and right during the busiest time for all companies, midsummer and right after two rounds of very damaging storms. We got a quote from the company we had been using and that quote wasn't necessarily gross outside of reasonable but we felt that with such a high investment we should get at least one more quote. We called Enright, who handled the quote and all of our questions immediately. They were less expensive than our previous quote, had a much better warranty and better financing. They are also clearly competent. The owner, out of mercy on our souls after the storms came to see our broken system first and we didn't hear him at the door and he had to leave. We felt horrible. He is busy! He treated us with such grace. The company is family owned and operated and works around the clock and are very accessible. The installers came right on time, were extremely polite and conscientious the entire time and finished their quality work ahead of time. They were clean, well organized and cheerful.
