Patrons sat there and stared at each other for the most part with slow service. We knew it was Valentine's Day and had expected to wait, but to be fair to us, only half of the restaurant was filled. A dark haired woman walked by around 6:45 said she was going to come take our order, then we never saw her in the dining room or bar again. We never saw anyone's order being taken while we were there. Nobody ever came by. No bread. No drinks. Nothing. Around 7:10, we left and there was a line out the door, waiting to be seated. We swung by here on a whim and were incredibly happy with it. Great selection of beer, there's a soda bar, and the pizza and fries were better than many other places I've tried. They're open late, too (12:00am) and they have a pool table. If anything, all they need is an arcade and this'll be the spot going forward!

We went to another restaurant in town and mentioned this to the owner there and they agreed it was wrong. And also proceeded to tell us rules even concerning service dogs in a restaurant. ( Which obviously is a different situation and they don't roam dining areas). This is California Health Code Violation. Needless to say we won't be eating here again. The Code: H&SC § 114259.5 prohibits live animals inside, citing potential contamination of food, equipment, and utensils.

Sitting on the bed revealed that the mattress was saggy and uncomfortable and the foot was slightly raised higher than the head resulting in very stiff legs when getting up in the middle of the night. And the repeated cycling of the AC woke us both constantly. Even the FAN setting was extremely loud. The bottom line? We had the worst night in a hotel we have ever had, anywhere. It is unforgivable that the HVAC unit is there in the room with absolutely NO sound insulation around it.
