I do have to clarofy that Doctor Flynn is good, patient and very clear with the information he gives parents, but the rest of the service needs a lot (and I mean A LOT) of improvement.

Dr. Marcus and Dr. Melissa, while ethical and professional in every sense of the words, are the most gentle and comforting pediatricians I have ever met. My child's physical and emotional well-being is a top priority and the respectful, considerate manner in which they approach each visit with my children is the greatest testament to that. It is comforting to know that the staff makes every effort to accomodate children who need to be seen quickly and I can personally attest to that as it has happend on a few occassions. The problem is the staff, extremely rude and unprofessional. The wait time is longer than 1.5 hours. After the visit my daughter is still not well and I called them to understand what's happening in case we need to change her medications. We have called them twice and each time they said "we will call you back". They never called us again. They have a very busy clinic but they don't mind to speak respectfully or respect their patient's time. Such a disappointment.
