I'm so happy I found this doctor. Dr. Zenack is truly one of a kind. After being told by my son's pediatrician that he can no longer be a patient there because I was spacing out his vaccines, Dr. Zenack was recommended to me by another mom. She truly cares about the well being of your child. She listens and takes the time to really go over a vaccine plan for my child. I truly believe the vaccine schedule is not a "one size fits all". Every kid is different and every parent should have a say in what is being given to their child at doctor visits. The office is clean and the staff is very nice. I highly recommend Top Notch Pediatric's. They are the best!!! read more

As other reviews have mentioned, Extremely poor hygiene for a pediatrician's office. The toys in the waiting room are not sanitized as often as they should be. The carpet in the waiting room is filthy, as are the floors. There is no air circulation especially in the summer time. The bathroom is beyond disgusting. Treatment rooms are disgusting. Spider webs in corners, dirty floors with caked on mess. The condition of the practice is also a reflection of your care. For reference I have 4 children and they were all patients of Dr. Alyssa from birth. My oldest is now 13 years old and we stopped going to her a year ago. The people who she has working there who they call medical assistants never wash their hands. They have taken me and my children directly to the treatment room to take measurements, eye exams etc. Still never bother to wash their hands nor do they wipe down the machine for the eye exams prior to testing. Additionally, the front desk seems to do the bare minimum. I have been trying for the past year to get someone to send me a bill for what I owe to no avail. ONE YEAR of them telling me we owe money but no one sends anything itemized. Or anything at all for that matter. Which seems super shady because you would think someone who wanted to get paid would send the bills to show they are owed money and would try to collect it. For years her staff would rotate on a weekly basis. And not because Of work, but because they were being replaced with new employees. Same with the medical assistants. Front desk, medical assistants you name it. It was never the same person there. You can't get anyone on the phone half the time and if you do you are put on hold. The rotation of employees is the Same with the "billing department" if they even have one. There is no one keeping track of bookkeeping, payments, etc. so beware of making payments and the payments not being applied to your balance! We would pay our copayments and they would not apply It to our account and instead tell us we owed money. They have refused to release the invoice that is due and I wonder why?? The staff is so unorganized. They refuse to give me my children's records over an invoice that is due which again they refuse to release. I wouldn't recommend this Doctor or practice to anyone. Dr. Alyssa cares about money more than she cares about the well-being of others. She will nickel and dime everything she can. If this review gets deleted by the office I will keep reposting. People need to know what's going on in this office. It is their right. read more

Dr Zenack is definitely 5 Stars plus. She is capable and attentive with her patients. Goes out her way to make new parents confortable and patiently explains all medical issues with them. Went their first time today with our son and couldn't be happier! read more

I'm highly disappointed in the service we received from this pediatric office when transferring to a new Dr office. We requested for Top Notch to fax over my 3 Childrens records to the new Dr office as they are requesting it. Top notch told me I had to pay $20 per Child to do so and they will Fax it over. I went to Top Notch paid the fee for my 3 children. Top notch confirmed they had the Fax number and was told they will be sending records in the next couple days. Its been over 3 weeks and my Daughter was sent home from school. I called the New Dr office and Top Notch never sent the records for that service I paid for them to send over. Dr Alyssa Zaneck service was great and my children love her the reason for the switch was the location of her office. This review is soley for the incompetence of the nurses or secretaries that are in charge of sending these documents over to other Dr offices. It's not ok when my child is sick and I can't take them to be looked at by there new Dr because the other Dr office didn't do there Job and send over the documents I requested and paid for. This is completely unprofessional and the Dr should hold these nurses or secretary accountable for there actions for not doing there job. read more

Dr Alissa is amazing, she has been seeing our son for the past 6 years and has been nothing but great to us. She truly cares about her patients and listens to any concerns you have. Moved to AZ and my son's new Dr. faxed a request for his immunization records. It has been a month since they received the fax. I called Top Notch and first was told that the records are still being pulled but they need the fax number. Huh? You have the request and I am pretty sure that the fax number is on it. I call Top Notch again with the fax number and the girl now tells me that it's $15 to send my new doctor the records. I have NEVER paid for my records to be transferred. So they held onto the request to transfer records for a month, didn't tell me or the new doctor's office that $15 was required, so they just sat on the request. SHAME! I hope that $15 really helps their bottom line. read more

I travel almost an hour to this practice for a reason. Dr Zenack is very thorough, is modest in her approach, and will prescribe when absolutely needed, and is also great at supporting and suggesting natural ways of helping to heal illness. I'm an advance practice nurse and appreciate her approach to medicine but also her respect and appreciation of alternative/complimentary methods as well. She isn't judgemental nor is she hurried in our visits....the experience I've had with other peds offices. For the parent looking for a 'Partner' in managing your kids health, she's great. read more

Dr. Alissa is a treasure. She is incredibly knowledgable, empathetic, and responsive - everything you want in a pediatrician. She really strives to educate parents so they can decide what is the best for their children. Her office staff are easy to work with, too. Dr. Alissa is amazing! I know that she truly cares for my son. I appreciate that she does not push antibiotics at the first sign of a sniffle and keeps monitoring him to make sure he is getting better. She talks to my son and takes her time with him. She also helped me on a Sunday while the office was closed. I would recommend Dr. Alissa to everyone that has a child. We moved further from her office but it is worth the drive because I trust her so much. read more

Dr. Alissa has been treating my children since their births, 16 and 13 years ago. From the start, she has been conscientious, caring, and accessible. She is intelligent and has an excellent rapport with children. She is equally responsive to questions from my children as she is to questions from my wife and me. She is also not reluctant to refer us to appropriate specialists when necessary; the welfare of our children has always come first in her decision-making. read more

My rating for this practice is 1 star because otherwise i wouldn't be able to write this review however, it deserves no stars. I came to this practice because it was highly recommended on a moms group on FB however, from the first day i was really disappointed at how Dr.Zenack did things. For starters she never washed her hands prior to checking my daughter nor did she do it afterwards I thought to myself I'll give her a pass. My second time there my daughter was sick and all she did was prescribe over the counter cold medicine like triaminic and children's mucinex a week goes by and my child is still sick with a high fever i call her and she says alternate motrin and tylenol really??? She had been sick for a week now at this point with her condition progressively deteriorating. We took her to the ER where she was nebulized and given prednisol right away the ER pediatrician was shocked at the negligence from Dr.Zenack to have a child not re examined after being told the child is not improving and we were told she was very close of having bronchitis as per the ER ped. After being treated in the ER right away her fever went away and she seemed better and not thanks to Dr.Zenack who wanted me to continue giving my child over the counter medication. My last straw was when i had to call them 8 times to ask them for my daughters immunization records! The receptionist was giving me the run around asking me 1000 times if i was going to leave the practice and telling me she would email me the records when in reality she wasn't intending to do so. It took one 8th call on the same day for her to tell me: i will email them now alright!!!!!!!! So rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will make sure to let the moms on the FB group know of the disrespect displayed by the employees at this place. read more

I would not recommend this office to anyone! Any time my children were sick all I would get was "give them Motrin and Triaminic." If I'm in your office don't you think I tried that?! I brought my daughter in for a persistent high fever and they never even bothered to take her temperature. Now I'm trying to get my children's records released and it has been two full months and all I am getting is the run around. Save yourself the aggravation and find a doctor and office who actually care about your children and their well being! read more

My kids and family loved this office! The doctor maked my son feel very comfortable and relaxed, and we never feel frustrated. What I love most is that the doctor really chatted with my kids - she didn't just said to me, and the talks let my kids know that what they had to say really matters.
