They're all very very serious and come off stern. They will give a lollipop or a sticker which my kids do like, but in the treatment room the bedside manner is so cold unfortunately. No loving and welcoming side for the kids. For example, this morning we saw Dr. Grace. She came in, stone cold, very serious and didn't have any loving side or compassion with my three year old. While I had to spend almost 3 hours all the time at Hoboken Pediatrics for each visit. One cool thing about the way Dr. Naruki runs his clinic, is that everything is electronic. You will forms on an iPad (so no need to fill the form every time you go there unless something changes). You sign and pay via the iPad, the health insurance cards are scanned etc., you get automated calls and reminders for appointments and you can access the patient's basic information online via OnPatient. All in all a very efficiently run clinic and it shows in the time not being wasted waiting for the doctor. I value my time and am glad finally I found a doctor who values his time and mine too.

Dr. Marcus and Dr. Melissa, while ethical and professional in every sense of the words, are the most gentle and comforting pediatricians I have ever met. She…read moreis great with kids and my daughter immediately liked her since she distracted and played with her while going about all the wellness check. So i would definitely recommend Dr. Gupta. She is polite, kind and very honest. The front desk staff were really good too. Never have had to wait more than 5-10 mins, but i usually go in for early morning appointments between 8 - 10 am. About the pediatric nurse : she was a young filipino girl and her attitude was horrible!!! I requested the doctor for motrin for my kid since she usually runs a fever after a vaccination & as much as i hate giving her medication i don't wanna see her suffer. The doctor was fine with the motrin but the nurse comes in with the vaccine & motrin & starts questioning me as to why i want to give her motrin. I told her she usually runs a fever and also has to go to daycare. The nurse gave a sarcastic laugh and says "oh i get it, you don't want the daycare to call you during the day"......Umm that's not why i want to give her Motrin but i just want to lessen her suffering coz she's my child and i've noticed a pattern of her getting fever after vaccines (never said that out loud). So yea miss judgemental is out there, so beware! I felt like asking if she has a kid but i guess none of my business. Well i don't think anyone other than a parent could understand their child better, so if you cross paths with her don't let her make you think your a horrible parent. Ignore her!
