I do have to clarofy that Doctor Flynn is good, patient and very clear with the information he gives parents, but the rest of the service needs a lot (and I mean A LOT) of improvement.

Dr. Marcus and Dr. Melissa, while ethical and professional in every sense of the words, are the most gentle and comforting pediatricians I have ever met. She takes her time answering all your questions, never rushes you, is understanding and willing to work with parents suggestions. You can tell she truly loves her job in the way she interacts with her little patients. She has a very successful practice yet I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to see her. Getting an appointment is painless and her office staff is professional and excellent with the children. I have had to contact her on several occasions late in the evening for fever and other parental hysteria and she has always been understanding and reassuring, never dismissive. They have a very busy clinic but they don't mind to speak respectfully or respect their patient's time. Such a disappointment.
