And my spouse was like, "Ask That's Entertainment." So, I did. That's Entertainment were professional and told me it was the truth--even if it's ugly for me, they know they lose nothing to be honest. And, they were respectful, and didn't even ask me what I'm selling to steal business for a dime. (I might have told them anyways!) They helped a local business make my sale. Possibly some sort of tournament happening in the seating area but the store was open, we had money, we wanted to buy. I attempted to move them so I could see and hopefully buy, and after I moved the last of like 5 cases so I could see (we've been at the store for like 15 mins) what I'd assume is an employee approached me. "You are going to break the glass, so I'LL MOVE THEM FOR YOU." And he finally removes the last box (had no idea that me gently stacking cardboard boxes would potentially damage plexiglass, but whatever, no one helped us for like 15 mins. Like what?). So I peaced without purchasing any of the things I noticed I wanted after I could see their inventory. Super rude and unhelpful, seriously cost you my business. My partner bought a few packs of a set we were having trouble getting, not out of patronage, but feeling like it was a wasted trip if not. We won't be coming back. Awful taste in our mouths, be welcoming if you're a hobby shop, or at least pretend helping us is important to your business. The next day He sent me photos of the ones available. Mind you for Facebook yardsale they were overpriced, usually they're $5-8 used, but I understand the cost of a physical business. Before I wrote back I needed to check which ones I already had or had completed, but before I could do so had a personal emergency that prevented me from writing back to the message right away, which he should have understood could happen based on his own message. He wrote the next day, any interested, then I just get a message that says "There is no common courtesy these days..." Meanwhile on my end I'm handicapped from a recent spinal neck surgery going through a medical emergency and I come back and find this rude message when I went to write back a few days later about the puzzles. Had actually planned to buy all but one but this guy's snarky rude remark definitely does not make me want to get the ride over to do business with him and his overpriced puzzles. What a absolute jerk who obviously does know how to offer good customer service. Started off strong only to be an utter disgusting disappointment of a business. Look hard and maybe you can find some S or G scale. The back room also has a selection of scenery materials and model kits. With the overwhelming amount of merchandise, items are overflowing into the aisles. It can be hard to find things if you're looking for anything specific. If you're looking for the latest HO releases from Rapido, Atlas, or Athearn, this isn't the place. ...but if you want to get some inexpensive freight cars and track for your favorite kid (or yourself), you're bound to find something here. In the back they have scratchbuilding supplies, books, and paint. I found some stuff here (O gauge vinyl roadbed) that hasn't been made in years. In talking with the staff, they purchase collections of stuff so they don't always know what they will have. It is like walking into a used train show, and the prices are very fair. The staff are also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I only wish I lived closer than 3 hours away!

I asked the store owner how much is each vintage card and he said I don't know. How about 25 cents each. I grabbed the rest of the cards I wanted it was 30 cards in total he then looked up every single card at the register and told me 20 dollars for the whole lot I was expecting 7 or 8 dollars. Overall a terrible and sketchy business strategy to tell someone a price only to change it at the register. I proceded to look up the card online myself and most of them are going for less than 25 cents each. I would not recommend going to this store at all.
