As a big Sanrio fan, especially Hello Kitty, this store immediately caught my attention when I saw Hello Kitty on the door sign. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great selection of Sanrio merchandise inside. They also carry plenty of Peanuts, Disney, and other beloved character items, all displayed in a very organized and inviting way. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Roxanne, Karen, and Elena for their helpfulness and patience. I can be pretty particular about what I'm looking for, and they went above and beyond to assist me. The prices are very reasonable, and I know I'll be returning.

it was a pleasure to be serviced by mark…read more he took care of my old iPhone (se2), prescribing a solution and disclosing a competitive price before service began. overall service took about 20 min in and out. i actually came while he was occupied with a client offsite (which is at no point a fault at all), and decided to wait until he got back, and he was professional in handling the compensation. mark is very accommodating, offering me a beverage while i waited, and giving me a ride home since i ubered to the store. we had small talk during the drop off and it is clear that he is an earnest man. i made sure to tip him for the experience, and i am completely satisfied with the experience at pcs connection.

I can't say enough good things about Mark and PCS Connection. Originally, I had my phone battery…read morereplaced there and the service was exceptional from the start. Mark took the time to explain how battery cycles work, what to expect in terms of battery life, and how to properly understand battery health. It was clear he genuinely knew his stuff and cared about making sure I understood the repair--not just getting me in and out the door. Fast forward about four months, and I unexpectedly started experiencing battery degradation. I reached back out to Mark, not really knowing what to expect since I was outside the warranty window. Without hesitation, he offered to replace the battery--no questions asked. That kind of customer service is incredibly hard to find these days. Anyone can provide a service when everything goes right, but standing behind your work and taking care of a customer after the fact is what separates a good business from a great one. Mark earned my trust and my business for the long term. This is exactly how you create lifelong customers. Thank you, Mark, for taking care of me and for providing such outstanding service. I highly recommend PCS Connection!
