I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! The quality of our booklets was so noticeably better compared side by side to our previous printer's work, that I had no idea that they could look so clean and uniform. My previous booklet order was placed at a big box store and a few years prior to that I had hired another local print shop. Print N Save had a much better price-point in both instances and provided much better-quality booklet. The two members of their staff that I worked with were super patient, helpful and very professional. They pointed out things I had not considered which really worked in our favor. I was referred here by a friend as he utilizes this company often and even he was surprised at the cost. When I mentioned I found them on Yelp, one of the staff even asked, "Are they still saying mean things about us?"--that should have been my first red flag. I brought in a simple job: trimming 4 inches off each side of a banner. The person helping me didn't measure, just eyeballed it, and now the banner is noticeably uneven. While working, he also complained that the job "wasn't worth $$$," which felt unprofessional. I was hoping to find a reliable local print shop for a new 10x10 banner and brochures, and a simple, positive experience could have led to more business. I hope they take this feedback as an opportunity to improve consistency and customer care.
