I was in the process of redecorating; happened to find this place down the street from my business. I had an idea of what I wanted and Derick & Jaden made it happen! The lighting I ordered looks amazing! I'm so impressed with their work. You can tell that they have lots of experience by the quality of the work and the craftsmanship. Lemme tell you, I have slight OCD so I was very detailed about how I want my sign to be and They were very accommodating toward my demand. I actually felt bad for the amount of time I bothered them. The service was outstanding from my opinion and the pricing was reasonable. Definitely recommending this place! I actually just referred my friend here. They're pleasant to work with so don't be shy to let them help grow your business :)

These guys are the best. Reasonable prices, good quality, good service A+. They came out , took measurements and gave me a quote. Day of installation, their team came out and removed the old gates and installed the new ones on. They were very articulate in their work and didn't rush the job making sure everything from leveling the the finish was perfect... I would say too perfect , since I was thinking to myself..."it looks ok to me"...but they weren't satisfied until it was to their standards. The owners came out and actually came out on the installation day just to make sure everything goes well. They actually helped out with the job as well. From day one, Jaden and Derrick had provided top notch services to us, including design consultation to meet various city regulations and landlord's requirements while compromising our desired look-and-feel. The process did sound much easier than what it actually took place. We went through 5 revisions to finally got all the parties approved, and by being so patient, knowledgeable, and professional, Jaden was the key to complete the project. When it came to installation, Derrick was truly the best in town, he was able to navigate a big lifting machine into a small space and made the installation within a few hours. If you're looking for signage or banners for your business with the highest quality and best value, then your search for the right company needs to stop here! We had Ultimate Acrylic outfit our Costa Mesa location with a bunch of different signage both inside and outside our building and everything turned out amazing! Jayden the owner was absolutely incredible to work with, a rare breed of gentlemen who operates with integrity, meticulous attention to detail and the highest level of customer service, he was super flexible and accommodating on making any changes i asked for prior to the install date and was always onsite during installation to make sure his awesome team did the work to perfection each and every time. I even asked for a couple adjustments to satisfy my own personal OCD brain after installing the signs and he was happy to send his guys back at a time that was most convenient for us to get it done and done right! All in all, I could not recommend them enough for all your signage, banners or printing needs. These guys are the real deal!! read more

My uncle and I were looking to make some signs for his upcoming automotive service and repair shop. After contacting several businesses and meeting with them, we were left unsatisfied. Pricing, opinions and styles just didnt work with what we wanted. I went back on Yelp to continue my search and found "Ultimate Acrylics". Even though they had great reviews, I was more interested to see the works they have done. After all, in this case, a picture's worth a thousand words. I headed over to the shop to check it out and was greeted by Derick. Told him what I was looking for and he patiently listened to our ideas. He gave us his professional opinions and made suggestions that worked perfect for us. Within a week, Derick created four 3D signs (3 exterior and 1 interior) and he and his team installed them all in one day. We were very please with the outcome and happy with the price he worked out for us. "Ultimate Acrylics" pricing is very reasonable and less than what others have quoted. About a week later we ordered our business cards, "OPEN NOW" banner and A-frame sidewalk sign! Again, his team did not disappoint. Thanks you guys for making this process so easy! Had no idea if they could but, they did something similar for us 3 years ago. When we went in and showed them what we wanted Jaden went right to work and designed and engraved with us right then! Our company needed a new lobby sign and we were fortunate enough to have Ultimate Acrylics create and install it for us. Their pricing is very reasonable and the response to get the quote was fairly quick. Overall it was very pleasant to work with them! However, I feel there is always some room for improvement and in this case I believe that Ultimate Acrylics can improve on communication and proactiveness. We had to follow up a couple times on when the sign could be installed after our initial deposit was made. Before my window cling and interior signage were installed , I was getting 3 to 4 estimates from different places trying to compare and pick out the best. I was sketchy at first. Didn't trust anyone. Then finally i made my decision for the right reasons. Ultimate Acrylics was my #1 choice. They gave me a great deal in many ways. First , the design/image of the signage came out exactly like the logo i sent over Second, the price of the work was cheaper than most other places . I got a great deal. That's icing on the cake. Finally on the day of installation, there was about 5 to 6 people who came and installed the signage. Each person had their own job task to complete and it looked professionally done. Crazy good service. My wife made me order a sign for our tea store, at first when went to multiple places but they couldn't do what we wanted. The only place that could do it at a cheap price is at ultimate acrylic. The sign is freaking awesome!!!! Best choice ever. read more

I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! We hired this signage company to produce and install new graphics throughout our large retail sports store. From start to finish, it was a disaster. The owner lied repeatedly -- about pricing, about the timeline, and about the scope and quality of the work. What was promised and what was delivered were two completely different things. The installation crew he hired was shockingly inexperienced. They didn't even bring proper equipment and had to use our ladders. At one point, one of the installers fell because they clearly didn't know what they were doing. The times they showed up were never run past management at the stores, just showing up whenever they felt like it & leaving without a word. It was unsafe and completely unprofessional. Nearly every graphic was printed in the wrong size. Instead of simply reprinting one incorrectly sized graphic, they removed one of our store's metal frames, took it back to their shop, and actually CUT THE FRAME to make the incorrect print fit. When they reinstalled it, the damage was obvious -- especially since there was an identical frame right next to it that showed the original size. You could literally see the cut lines. When we confronted him, he denied it and tried to gaslight us. The vinyl installation quality was equally unacceptable. Graphics were bubbling everywhere, several were installed in the wrong locations, and the overall finish looked rushed and sloppy. To make matters worse, they never completed the job. Less than half of the requested graphics were installed. This was one of the most unprofessional vendors we have ever worked with. Between the dishonesty, poor workmanship, unsafe installation, and failure to complete the project, we absolutely cannot recommend this company to anyone. Proceed with extreme caution.
