We used this company for our school and it looked amazing-changed the whole dynamic of the neighborhood. However, the grommets could not keep our sign up. It was about 100 ft long and anytime we had high winds-it came down. Then they charged us to repair it!! When it ripped through the grommets again, they came out to fix for free and it ripped again! 3 times!! You can tell the edges were not made to hold such a heavy banner. We have to take this as a loss now and found a new company. I do not recommend this company. read more

ARC - Printing Services Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

When I got here they couldn't find my order to begin with, went into the back and she told me that they weren't able to open my file...so how come no one in the last hour they were open contacted me through email or phone to tell me to resend it or let me know it wasn't opening?! I placed an order ahead of time to avoid having to wait around and waste time. My order was for 8:40am and I did not receive my order still when I asked about it at 9:15am, she proceeded to tell me that it would be another 30 minute wait, I was already late to class so I told them to cancel it and left. 2 minutes later I get a call saying the print just came out. RIDICULOUS. They literally just called to the back to ask about my print and said 30 minutes like did she just make up that number so she didn't have to deal with me anymore?? I had already left the shop and WAS NOT going to waste my time going back after the way things had been handled. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A STUDENT. They don't care, treat you poorly and you get WAY over charged. I will make sure to not recommend this establishment. Even Staples has better pricing and service than here. They wanted to charge me $11 for ONE 24x36 black and white sheet. read more

Printing quality is good. However, they have overcharged me multiple times. They don't really care about students. Crisp charges a quarter of their price. read more

This is the best place to go to when you need to get something printed professionally. Professionally meaning, professional quality. You dont have to be a professional yourself. I am a student at CSULB. I had to get a book printed for a final project. When i brought my file in to get it printed, there was some issues i ran into. The guy at the front desk (sorry i dont know your name) was very funny, welcoming, and helpful. When some things were out of his expertise, he called out someone from the back to help me. I had two other people come out and help me with my project in order to get it successfully printed. Everyone was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I have never received such great customer service in my life. The place is very easy to find and very well kept. It may be intimidating a little because everything seems so professional, however, if you just need a small job done, they will happily do it for you. Don't go to fedex kinkos, staples, or where ever you go to, to get things printed if you don't absolutely need to. ARC does everything for you! Show up, drop off your file, come back in a few hours and pick it up. Thats it. Why ever go to those other places where you gotta do the majority of things yourself. Yes, those other places do some things for you, but i have to say that they are not as helpful in my experiences. ARC also have a ton more options for printing altogether such as what needs to be printed, print finish options, paper choice, and more! For a student, one of the most important things is price. They are super inexpensive too! I got 3 books printed for 17 dollars! Way cheaper than the alternatives. If you are a student, they give you a huge discount on your printing job. I cant say enough great things about this place. read more

They are always very professional and helpful. I only trust them to my important projects. I love this place! Highly recommend!

I LOOOOOOVE this place! I work at Innovative Results, and we have used them for blueprints and marketing material. Besides having an incredible turn-around, they are super nice! I went in there the other day and talked to Ed, and he was extremely personable, and their account representative was in contact with me in no time. Thank you ARC for being awesome! read more

Not great. Had them do a few projects for me. Twice I waited in their lobby for 15-20 minutes after the time I was promised. Quality was so so. They are a conglomerate so their customer service is not as good as a smaller company (my opinion) I will go somewhere else in the future. read more

I actually use the ARC in Los Angeles. Our company have been using them for years! Very RELIABLE, SUPERB ASSISTANCE AND QUICK TO RESPOND ON INQUIRIES. We had a project that needed a lobby board display the next day; they were able to help us.. delivered it. Mitchell Caseres is the manager who helped us execute this request. He's the best!! read more

We've always experienced nothing by top-notch customer service and speedy turn-around with the ARC crew in Costa Mesa. We've entrusted them with everything from archival secure scanning to full color print pieces for marketing. We're thrilled to have Zach R. back as our account rep and look forward to continuing our relationship with ARC in the future. read more

Great place. Had no trouble with my print job. Cool people and pretty solid customer service. Will be back.

Super convenient and all the employees are really friendly!! they also do a great job with my prints.

Good service, pricing and timing!! Friendly staff, they do what it takes to get the job done.

I brought in a student project that required printing on vellum. This place charged me $69 for 6 sheets and made a point of mentioning that there was a student discount. I found out in class that other students paid $10 for the same thing at another ARC in another location. I am so upset that I got ripped-off. I'm never using this place ever again. read more

David in the planwell was the first to respond to my request and was very helpful originating my first order. I look forward to working with ARC in the future.l Thanks guys! read more

Hands down, the best professional printer in orange county. They are true problem solvers and will try to make anything happen. Same day service depending on the size of job. Definately worth the short wait! (Ed is absolutely great in the front.) read more

This review is for architectural printing services. After hours orders: don't count on it being printed. Directions for printing and a phone number to call if the night staff has questions...won't be used. Delivery charges to your office from the Clinton Ave. office are high. Other local printers, like HB Digital are half the cost. Plotter paper rolls - higher by 25% than other local sources. Only HP ink cartridges are about the same as other suppliers. ARC is a national chain now, with all the corporate overhead...if you need that kind of support, and expense, this is the place you should use. read more

This place used to be THE place to get professional prints done. The past few times that my work has printed there the quality is not what it was back a few years ago. I cant really say I'm super crazy about their customer service either but their printing manager is awesome! I like him but forgot his name.. The staff are always helpful though so I'm not complaining. For the price.. I would request a proof print since printing there is expensive. read more

I needed some microfilm prints from Costa Mesa building department and ARC was recommended. After contacting them I was given a quote for $19.08 for their services. I requested email delivery (pdf file). They decided, against my request, to hand deliver and charge me through the roof. My bill ended up at $76.77! Two delivery charges & a fuel surcharge. I calculated the cost of fuel to drive from their business to/from the city building department and came up with a conservative estimate of $1.50 (their surcharge was $13.41). After talking to the manager, Kevin O., he agreed that the delivery to my house was a mistake (honest mistake... I seriously doubt it) and would credit that portion and the "fuel surcharge" related to that portion back to my credit card. The work they did was satisfactory but I was very disappointed in all the hidden fees. He did point out that on the invoice "pickup & delivery are not included" is written on there but no explanation that this also includes their pickup/return of the films. I mentioned that it should be part of the invoice. It only took me 2 minutes to calculate that out using Google Maps. However, Ken said their estimators are too busy to deal with those calculations. I'm sure they would loose business if that was revealed up front. I would not have used their services if I had known the unwritten cost. So, if you use this crooked company expect to pay dearly! read more
