I was very disappointed that we heard nothing until Scorpion tried to confirm they were picking me up at the airport. Needless to say, my trust was broken and I was not using them for my return from the airport. Again, no apologies for the previous week. Things happen, employees don't do their jobs. An apology would have gone a long way, an offer of compensation may have restored my faith. Buyer beware!

The driver arrived to pick us up in CT 20 minutes late, calling at the time he was suppose to arrive to say he was 20 minutes away. When I responded in a surprised manner he told me that the originally driver was sick. I understand that but someone should've called us sooner to let us know they'd be late. The gentleman, was a much older man, nice but hard of hearing and not always understanding what we were asking or telling him. The limo was supposed to have ice and water. There was warm bottled water with no ice in the cooler cabinets. The AC barely worked, we were sweating he whole time. The limo had not been cleaned sufficiently, there were footprints on the window, used glowstick bracelets laying on the windowsills and shelf, and fingerprints on the mirrors. There was also a broken and missing plexiglas glass holder. We arrived in the city at our destination and he wanted us to get out in traffic but we asked him to pull around the corner and stop in a safer place, odd no? Then after he picked us up at the end of the night, we all slept in the limo. Two girls woke up after about an hour, thank god because he was swaying into the left lane and driving over into the shoulder, cars beeping at him and he didn't correct the driving until out girls started shouting to get his attention. We are all glad someone woke up or God knows what would've happened! I would definitely NOT recommend this limo company

The 3rd time (we always had the same driver because he lived closets to us) he came about 20 mins late picking us up which was concerning driving into JFK airport during a busy hour. The 4th time he was 90 mins late picking us up from the airport. All said and done we had still enjoyed our driver and said those things weren't necessarily his fault. The 5th and final time we were getting picked up at 3;30 am for a 6:25 flight again at JFK. Well the driver never showed. At 3:50am we called and Greg Scott himself answered and said "I remember you calling, but its not in the system and I can't get a driver right now. I'm not sure what to tell you." No apology, no solution. So we drove ourselves and of course, missed the flight and had to buy a new one. I would not recommend this service.
