I politely asked if I could see the necklaces that were on display behind the counter. Instead of showing them to me, she repeatedly pointed to a printed sheet with pictures. I explained that I wanted to see the actual necklaces on display and that I understood there might be a price difference. I even told her I was willing to pay the difference if necessary, but she still refused to let me view them. As a customer, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. The interaction left me feeling as though I was being judged, and I couldn't help but feel that I was treated differently than I should have been. Whether intentional or not, that's how the experience came across to me. I hope management takes customer service more seriously because every customer deserves to be treated with respect and given the opportunity to make an informed purchase.

However, I wont dare purchase anything from Target or my local grocery store. Instead I head to the Dollar Tree. Here I can stock up on my faves, like gummy bears, gumballs and sour patch kids. And regardless of how much I purchase, I never spend my entire paycheck, which is nice. An extra perk of shopping at the Dollar Tree is I can also score cute seasonal items to decorate indoor and outdoors for the holidays, as well as household cleaning supplies. I even once found some cute stem glassware for when I host game/wine nights - they don't look cheap and actually rival other stemware I purchased from West Elm. In short, you can pretty much find anything you need here, on a budget and it's worth checking out if you haven't already. That being said, be prepared for the store to sometimes be extremely low on stock for candy and other snacks. They also randomly close, for no reason it seems. Eg, you show up on Monday at 2PM and they are closed...why? Also, there usually doesn't seem to be much staff, so don't expect to find anyone on the floor to help you. Usually only two, at most, registers are open. I've never had to wait in line forever though, so I'm not complaining.

Originally, Sorry I forgot her name but she teams up with Aaron from The Container Store…read more(Galleria). I showed her my sketch with approximate measurements and she rendered my concept to a 3D model. Fast forward, Aaron came to do the initial consultation and with a few tweaks the Master Closet design was brought to life. The process was smooth and he did such a fantastic job that I had two more closets designed. His designs provide the maximum amount of usable space proportionate to each closet and while some items were on backorder I was able to pick them up at the Woodlands location. I had to have a couple of shelves recut due to some adjustments, but the staff was top notch. Note: If you do not use all of the products in your design (i.e. extra anchor screws, shelve covers) you can return them for a store credit.

I had been back to Soma in Kingwood since my last review in August of 2024 but I knew it was time to be fitted again. I had the pleasure of working with Hannah, a very sweet and extremely patient young lady. She measured me and helped me find two perfectly fitting bras. She checked my fit and we agreed on which bras looked and felt the best. I sent her on several trips to the back to find different styles in my size. She always returned with my requests. Soma is a bit more expensive that going to Wally World or shopping online BUT you are guessing your size and the quality is lacking. The bras I bought at Soma in the past are still in great shape after two years of wear and washings. It's true that you get what you pay for. Hasta allí todo bien, eso fue el 5 de Mayo. Hoy aproveché para pasar a la misma tienda en The Woodlands, Texas, y al pedirle a la manager ayuda, pues el reembolso sigue pendiente y no se libera. Le expliqué mi situación y atrevidamente sugirió que eso ellas no pueden hacer cobros así, dando a entender que yo estaba mintiendo. Fue muy vergonzoso pues había gente comprando; le expliqué de manera clara lo sucedido y solo me decía que en servicio al cliente podían hacer algo para ayudarme. Su actitud no era amable ni comprensiva, era cortante y autoritaria. Le expliqué que si me hubieran explicado que yo tenía que hacer algo extra para reembolsarme, lo hubiese entendido, pero que el error era de la chica y no mío. Todos cometemos errores, pero la manera de reparar puede ser más amistosa, pudo haber tenido más empatía y lo hubiese dejado allí, no estaría haciendo este comentario que me parece importante. My daughter and I walked into this book store on a weekday, looking for a couple books (children's…read morebooks) and they had it all. In the children section is labeled specifically, Disney, tv/movies and so forth. Everything else in the store is labeled the same and accurate for the most part. There's also a couple chairs and seats as well as a table if you have a need for that and not to mention they have restrooms in the back. As far as service, nobody really stood out or greeted us, I guess we were just busy looking for our books to notice. As far as pricing, it may very well be half price books, but some books seem a bit pricy. They have very old beat up books that go for the same price as newer gentler used books so not always fairly priced I'd say.

Fortunately, these folks at what is now called Webb Gallery know exactly what to do and are very helpful to guiding you to a good framing solution. We were very impressed with the selection of frame profiles, filets, matting, etc., as well as frames which are deep enough to create spaces for textiles, or other 3-dimensional pieces. One pointer about spending the money on framing is that for those of us who live in houses with minimal woodwork details, moldings, etc., or whose furniture is very simple, picture frame molds can be used to add detail lacking in the overall decor, in addition to drawing the eye in to a picture and making it look significant. Unlike wallpaper, you can take your framed artwork with you should you be subject to frequent relocations, etc. For those of us living in the Kingwood-Humble-Atascocita area, it is such a blessing to have a great framers' close by.

They matched frames and matting to other items I had already had done. They matched perfectly. They took a great deal of time to make sure I was very happy with their services.
