The last time we visited this store we were looking for decorations for an upcoming baby shower and I have to say that this shop had what we needed, but the experience was lukewarm. The store was well stocked but incredibly disorganized in many aisles. The staff wasn't very receptive to questions, but the cashier was very polite. In the end, we found what we needed but we have definetly had better experiences at other stores. We would totally come back in the future but only when in dire straights. If we can we like to go to others in the area or closer to our home in Western MA.

I had promised neon colored cupcakes for my cousin's girl's night and for some reason had the most trouble finding neon food coloring. while about to have a meltdown in Target because the standard food color colors just won't suffice, I crawled to Michael's and BOOM! One box have electric pink, green, purple and blue. The other box- black( how cool) teal, sapphire and gold! I brought both boxes because I'm all about color and creativity and the cupcakes looked ( and tasted) awesome. Thanks Michaels. * Bows head*

Scott and elvis are quick to say "we don't have it" without checking to see if they even know what the product I'm looking for is.

Cute store. I've been in many times and purchased cards, decorations, journals, stationery, and…read morepens. I don't plan to return, however. It is too cluttered and the customer service is just not nice. Once there was a tower of cardboard boxes blocking the glass display case. I tried to peek at the display case but was scolded for touching the pile of boxes. When I asked what was in the display case, they read me a long list of all the brands of pens they carry. Not really the "browsing" experience I was looking for. Another time I visited, there was a box of cards on the floor. I got on my knees to look at the box. An employee came quickly over and told me not to do that because I was blocking the aisle. I said that I wanted to look at the cards in order to pick some out, but I couldn't see them because they were on the floor. They solved the problem by picking up the box, setting it on top of another display, and waiting over me, blocking the aisle, while I chose the one I wanted. There are plenty of cards, notebooks, and decorations printed with words like s**t and f**k on them. Plenty of people (including myself) aren't offended by this, but it's worth knowing if you have young children and you don't want them to see profanity.

Feels: I'm not too familiar with Boston, but I was told this is one of the original areas of the city. There are lots of businesses and apartments nearby, so the neighborhood feels lively. The shop itself is pretty vibrant and spans two floors. They carry a wide range of apparel--from vintage pieces to newer items and even costumes. Customer Service: Awesome. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall: 5 stars. They had exactly what I needed, right when I needed it. If you're looking to refresh your wardrobe on a budget or find some unique costume pieces, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. Tip: Check out their "by the pound" section--you can score some really great deals there.

It's quirky, loud and proudly vintage. Everything's sorted with precision: pants with pants, denim with denim, tops with tops. These folks don't play around. And yeah, the majority of the clothing here is all use. But like I always do- I buy my stuff, take it home (or the cleaners), wash it and it snaps back looking like new. By the way- they do carry some new items- as in not used as well. My daughter and I bought some vintage denims, sweaters and a few other things. Zero mess. Zero stress. 100% unexpected.
