Helion IS a HOBBYTOWN BRAND and they are obligated to perform warranty repair on all Helion products, but this location refused to acknowledge this fact when we went in for a differential that failed within 10 packs. They where insisting we needed to contact helion, and helion insisted we needed to visit Hobbytown to have this repair performed. It ended in 2 angry customers and a angry store manager in a screaming match between each other I only purchase from here out of desperation now. If I didn't need that charger that day I would have gone somewhere else or waited on shipping

They also have so many fun crafts for littles which makes this location even more convenient for me whenever I need some last minute entertainment or hands-on fun for my daughter as it is just around the corner. It's a large store, and you can definitely find yourself spending an hour or more in here just combing through the aisles (or maybe that's just me). Not even folded back, and made me carry all 40 clothing items in my arms to the parking lot where 2 clothes fell on the cement. DO NOT COME HERE.
