The service is good. They have all these young girls very eager to serve and very friendly so I did enjoy that quite a bit. There was great selection of clearance items and as a small business owner, I was very excited to grab a lot of of the yarns on clearance value absolutely wonderful I picked up all of the yarn that retail at $13-$15 for five dollars apiece. What I also like is that they sent me discount coupons and vouchers anytime I make a purchase and so I was able to use a $15 voucher and pretty much picked. Jan was $100 for $15. I came in at 1 to pick up my artwork and was told it was not ready and to give him an hour to finish. I came back two hours later and my artwork was not ready for me to take. The framer finished it and asked if I wanted it wrapped, which it should have already been, and because other customers were waiting I said I would take it as is. I called to speak to a manager later that day and am still waiting fora phone call back. It has been 4 days. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. The glass (just normal glass) was expensive to replace.

I've gotten frames, sketch books, canvas, paint, drawing pencils, pens, jewelry making, and yarn. Their selection of drawing items are pretty good. I've ordered online and done store pickup or curbside but I've ended up having to go inside the store to pick up the purchase after all which didn't take that long. I provided them with my name and that was it. They hold your items for a good while and curbside pickup daily stops at 6pm. If you are there after 6, you can still pick up your item, just go in the store. I've also had the pleasure of taking one of the classes held virtually.

Be aware that some paints are not dishwasher safe. You'll know by confirming with an employee or if there's a specific letter in the paint numbers of your paint tube. You can grab an apron to avoid paint on yourself. If you do get paint on yourself it's able to be washed out but I didn't want to try it. There's one hand wash station where you will also drop off your used paint tiles and paint brushes. Once you get the run down on what to do from an employee you're on your own. There's a display that shows how your paint will look on your pottery depending on if you do 1-3 coats of paint. Time will fly quickly so I painted as much as I could and went over areas a lot. You can have finished pottery shipped to you but it could be more cost-effective to have one person pick up all the pottery if you have multiple and ship it yourself. When you pick up your pottery you'll get to carry it out in the store's new reusable bag. It was very cute. There's not much parking outside but that's the area for you. It's a fun activity to do with a group. Sometimes there might be no conversation going depending on how focused people are on painting but it's also a good time to unwind and turn your brain off.
