Brownie dessert

DESSERT DESSERT DESSERT!!! Great dessert menu. This is a new go to stop after dinner for dessert. They also have rotating specials. On my last visit they had a snickerdoodle tres leche cake that was soooo good! I would only say that the cake slicing is not so equitable, as two slices of the same cake were vastly different in size---- make them both giant! Especially for the pricing. Service was great, and the restaurant has a very nice ambiance.

I ordered French toast to-go, which came with a meat side so I went with the turkey sausage. The French toast was pretty good. It was crispy and sweet, but not overly so. The turkey sausage seemed burnt ,so I didn't end up finishing that. My order was ready when I arrived, and i was promptly greeted and helped when I arrived.

Michael's is one of my favorite local spots! Service is always wonderful, drinks are well balanced, atmosphere is casual yet elegant a perfect family vibe. They offer brunch, lunch, dinner and an event room for bigger parties. My favorites on the menu are the oysters (so fresh), the half and half crab soup, truffle Mac and cheese and the seafood club sandwich. Sam is also our favorite server

Y'all know, I love this place! I decided to take myself on a solo lunch date... I haven't done that at Michael's in a while and it was the perfect day to do it. I was able to walk right in and grab a seat at the bar, which is what I wanted. I like my regular meals, my waiter mentioned this grilled cheese sandwich and I couldn't resist. I also had the crab deviled eggs, but I ate them so fast and forgot to take a picture sorry lol the sandwich was a lot heavier than I thought. So I wrapped most of it up to go and look forward to eating it later! Glass of wine to top it off and I'm good to go!

We celebrated my daughter's birthday tonight and Michael's is her favorite local restaurant. The restaurant is clean and spacious and a good spot for a cocktail or pint. Their bar is classy and central in the restaurant. Our service tonight was good but sporadic resulting in a 2hr dining. Not horrible and our drinks were always filled. Our meals consisted of the following: I ordered the Rockfish Nicholas which was a 7/10. Had the dish had more of of the lemon sauce it would have been a solid 9. That sauce was great but I think the Jasmine rice absorbed what little provided. Ribs were a little overcooked but had good flavor, 7/10. Tasty. Cream of Crab wasn't bad and had a good amount of crab, 7/10. Tuna bowl was flavorful and my daughter selected to scratch the avocado, 8/10. This is her go to dish. Clams Casino small and you get 5 on a plate of rock salt. They were very spicy and just average, 6/10. Calamari was terrific. The platter was small but delicious accompanied by banana peppers and jalapeños. 9/10. Drinks were on point and OBTW, we sat next to their giant bar. 10/10. All in all a nice night but I feel the menu pricing is inflated. I don't have to go back for dinner but certainly will for some drinks and an app @ the bar.

We decided to have Brunch at Michael's today. Brunch stops on Saturday at 3pm. Entering we are always greeted. There were available seats almost anywhere but our choice was bar seating. The restaurant was settled and quiet like I like it. Having a conversation at the bar was not challenging at the bar. The bartender was attentive and easy going. We ordered the Chicken and Waffles w/NITRO COLD BREW ESPRESSOTINI and Get him to the Greek omelette with POME PALMOA. The food seemed to take a little time to get to us. Everything was good including the drinks. We also had a coupon for 2 free cocktails. So this was a win in our book.

It's a very good spot for impromptu dinner and lunch . Great ambiance , staff , food and beautiful bar seating . Their valentine dinner last night was great for last min plans. I ordered the roasted lamb with asparagus and potatoes . 2 glasses of little sheep white wine , and strawberry shortcake with honey graham ice . Everything was delicious. So good . I want to try their brunch menu on the weekend.

Lots of parking and easy location. Beautifully decorated. Has indoor and outdoor seating that is screened in (no bugs). Nice bar area with lots of TVs. Service was good. Attentive and accommodating. Got a Sidecar (served on ice - not typical) and a filthy martini that was on menu. Both okay. Sidecar was tasty, but ice melted and watered it down too much. Got wings that were great! Also ordered a brisket sandwich with truffle fries (extra $5). Fries were awesome. Sandwich came with fried onion, BBQ sauce, and pickles. Roll was fresh. Brisket very dry. Wouldn't recommend. Overall, nice place. Easy to get a table or sets at the bar since kinda away from all the hustle and bustle.

My friends and I had an awesome dinner at Michael's. This is a new building and the interior is stunningly decorated. We also loved our server. Overall, I would highly recommend this place! I love a restaurant that has mocktails that are actually delicious, so the earned some points right off the bat. Service was a little slow from the kitchen, but it was a Friday night at prime time. All 7 of us enjoyed our meals, which is commendable. I got their ahi tuna wrap and it was super flavorful and fresh. Their main entrees are a bit pricey, but the value seems fair, so know that going in. Definitely consider this place for your next date night or family occasion!

I visited this location of Michael's for the first time and was impressed by the beautiful decor, friendly staff, and incredible aromas--I could smell the truffle as soon as I walked in. The crab dip was absolutely delicious from beginning to end, and the crostini it came with was one of the best I've ever had--I even ordered more just because it was that good. The eggs with my brisket would've been better with less BBQ sauce. It was a bit unusual, but I gave it a shot. My husband had the chorizo and corned beef hash with sunny side up eggs and said it was really good. My Appletini wasn't great, especially at $15, but now I know for next time. Our server--whose name I unfortunately don't remember--was very attentive and transparent. She let us know that the tip was already included because it was brunch, but I still left her a little extra because she was excellent. Overall, I don't have any complaints. I'd definitely come back and just try something a little less adventurous next time.

Classic Burger

Good service, excellent shrimp cocktail, happened to come for half-price burger night with my beautiful daughter. Delicious great french fries delicious ranch dressing. Now we're having dessert.

I've been to Michael's multiple times ! The food is great , whether it's breakfast , lunch or dinner. 10/10 . They have also just redid the outdoor area . Very spacious place .

- Food: The food was mainly good. The tuna bowl was very filling, flavorful, and well presented. However, we found the rice in both dishes to be mushy and tasted spoiled. The rice had a weird after taste. - Service: not bad, not great. our server clearly had a long day! the place was pretty crowded for a sunday night. we waited a bit for but nothing crazy. - atmosphere: michael's cafe had a very modern and clean look to it. we really appreciated the decorations and lighting scene that was on going. - parking: the lot was plenty big. parking was easy and stress free. Overall; we would come back Michael's!

Our server was also the bartender and I asked what dish(s) do they do well, she gave a few recommendations, but the best for last. A crab cake special. It was a 7-8oz crab cake with 2 sides. $20. That's what we both got. Sides were Brussel sprouts a hand cut fries. Wow, it looked really good when it came out. I finished the fries first, they were cut really thin and cooled quickly. The crab cake had a strange taste to it. It was fish, of all things! I had never heard of it anywhere, so I asked my gf if she had ever heard ot it. She said yes, it is sometimes used as a filler. Another outstanding thing was I could not taste any seasoning, very light Old Bay if at all. Nothing but s/p on the table. The Brussel sprouts had a little heat to them,I thought maybe white pepper, no, she said honey Sriracha, they were very good. The entire place has been updated and expanded and there is still more work in progress. We arrived around five on a very busy St. Patrick's for dinner. We were meeting very good friends and were excited to spend some time together. The decor was so fun and the place was hopping. Even though all of the staff seemed to be extremely busy, we were allowed to wait for a table that would seat us comfortably while being a bit out of the way of the hubbub. The redone U-shaped bar area is very large with plenty of seating at the bar and around it. There are multiple long, high top tables too. The other side of the restaurant is filled with booths and tables with plenty of room to accommodate any size party. I saw tables that fit at least 10 people there. There is also an outdoor area that is under construction, but looks like it will be a very nice addition to the bar. Now on to the food and the drinks. They had so many specials for St. Patrick's Day and a large variety of them too rather than just the typical corned beef and cabbage or Ruben's. They had lots of other Irish delicacies like shepherds pie, and bangers and mash. They had all kinds of drink specials, including green margaritas, Guinness, and lots of other fancy drinks to choose from. They have plenty of beers on top and basically a full bar where you can get anything to wet your whistle. I had a two guys burger, which was basically a bacon cheeseburger, and it was cooked to perfection (not to mention it was probably close to a half pound of ground beef on that burger) along with some fries and a salad. My friend had a Reuben, which she thought was very good. My husband who loves hot turkey sandwiches ended up getting one of those and a side salad too. It was made with fresh turkey and we all know how that kicks it up a notch. Other friend got the meatloaf, which was good, but there was cheese on top and he wasn't a big fan of that. They have daily specials with lots to choose from. We had the $1 wings and were delighted with the many choices of sauces. There were so many customers coming in constantly for their carry out, too. Everything was fresh. The prices were great. Everything was very tasty and the atmosphere was fun without being too noisy. We can't wait to go back and try it again soon.

Decided to have a little "celebration" for a successful year end at our business. The good - attentive service. Called ahead and they held a table for 15 min until we arrived. Friday and it was packed. Cocktails good. Food, I've got some concerns. Appetizers - ordered cheesesteak eggrolls and octopus. Eggrolls were excellent. Octopus thought, I'm used to the presentation at Bacco's so I could do without it being cut into tiny pieces and buried in sauce. Salad - shared the kale salad. Great flavor but the ( wife's pet peeve when I serve it ), the kale was in very large chunks, could use a bit more chopping. Main Course - wife had stroganoff and I had the NY strip. I don't know what it is about Harford County but it's the last time I'll try to get a proper NY strip here. I should have known when it was only $52 on the menu. Steak & Main advertises "best steaks around" and serves the same 1/2" thin cut slice that looks like it came from Ponderosa but they charge $65 which is a ripoff. I like my steak rare and with a steak this thin, it's impossible but at least they were close. Again, stuff all over the top of the meat, a bit too much. Stroganoff - solid!! Dessert- Bananas Foster / solid!! My only gripe is the steak. We will be back for sure but I'm done trying to get one out and will just continue getting a nice cut from a butcher and treating myself at home.
