I mentioned how I was told two days before that under 33" it was $3. Manager was called and even when I showed her where it said "32" balloon on my purchase order from Amazon", she still didn't believe me, dismissed what I said completely and sent for the measuring tape. She "measured" it herself and according to her it was well over 33". I was in a rush so I didn't felt like arguing anymore and I paid $10 for each balloon. This balloon is nowhere 33" Very poor costumer service, specially coming from the manager. With plenty of places that do helium balloons, I won't be returning anymore.
