After having an accident on April, 15, 2016, while hundreds of miles from home, my right leg was…read moretraumatically injured. Dr. Duggan, with the aide of the Seaton Medical Center nursing staff, professionally rebuilt my right leg. All care given was courteous, knowledgeable, clean, prompt, and much appreciated. Even the food services was good. Dr. Duggan along with the other doctors and nursing staff were second to none! Everyone went out of their way to meet my needs and recovery. I would refer this facility and staff in a heartbeat!! In addition, his personal office staff members are also eager to make the visit painless. The office staff is courteous and knowledgeable as well. Kuddos!!

This so called physician did rotator cuff surgery on me a couple months ago. Anyone who has had…read morethis knows its a long and especially painful recovery. Due to circumstances I had to move to Austin and continued to make 200 mile trips to see him rather than try to find treatment in Killeen where his office is. Needless to say I required a refill on the pain relieving medication that I had been on for 2 months. He flatly told me that I would have to pick up the prescription at his office (200 miles) because his office did not want to buy the licencing to call in the prescription to a pharmacy in Austin. When I expressed my displeasure he stated that i was abusive to his office help. I would not recommend ever seeing this cheapskate(John Duggan jr.) for anything.

**Do NOT trust this orthopedic surgeon -- even if your arm depends on it.**…read more After a bad fall, I was referred here by the ER. What followed was a mess of contradictory diagnoses and complete misinformation that could've cost me the full use of my arm. **First visit (day after injury):I was told not to wear a sling, "go live your life." **Second visit (after MRI):Suddenly, it was keep your arm in a sling for 2 weeks, do PT, and it "should heal on its own because you're young and healthy." **Third visit (2.5 weeks later): Now it was an emergency -- I "needed surgery immediately" or I'd "never regain range of motion." The inconsistencies were not just confusing -- they were dangerous. He also assured me I'd be typing 2 weeks post-op and using my arm by week 4. Total fiction. He never reviewed my actual MRI images with me and instead based his diagnosis solely on the radiology report. A second doctor later reviewed the images directly and found the report to be misleading. Had this surgeon taken the time to look at the images himself, surgery may have been recommended much earlier, potentially improving my outcome. Thankfully, I got a second opinion from a highly respected orthopedic surgeon with extensive experience treating professional athletes, including those in the NHL who was shocked at what I was told. He confirmed I had a complete biceps tendon tear, a subscapularis tear, and fracture -- none of which would have healed without surgery and 6 months of structured physical therapy. Post-op with the correct doctor, I wasn't allowed to move my arm for 2 weeks, stayed in a sling for 6 weeks and only began very limited motion by week 7. This is the real protocol for a severe shoulder injury -- not the fantasy timeline I was given. Bottom line: This office gave me three completely different treatment plans in under three weeks, misled me about my condition, and grossly misrepresented recovery. I would not trust this surgeon with anything, let alone a serious injury. Get a second opinion -- your mobility and long-term health depend on it.

I recently had a partial right hip replacement. I was at Cedar Park hospital for 5 days and 10 days…read moreat a Pyhsical Therapy hospital. During the 15 days I never had any pain. I was asked every day by doctors and nurses if I had any pain. They said this was very unusual compared to other patients with the same procedure. I just went for x-ray after 3 1/2 months and Dr Szerlip confirmed that everything looked great. So because of his skills I believe that was the reason I had no pain. I would highly reccomend Dr Szerlip.

I had never heard of Airrosti until lat year, when my PCP recommended trying it to help with…read morerecurring muscle tightness in my shoulders and neck that was causing me a lot of pain and making sleeping difficult. It only took one appointment to win me over. Dr. Reese and Andrew are amazing. Dr. Reese loosens the tightened muscle knots, and it hurts while he's doing it, but it feels amazing once he's done. Then Andrew leads me through stretches and exercises to loosen and then strengthen the muscles to prevent the tightness from happening again. Both men are kind and genuinely interested in making their patients better as well as chatting about our everyday lives. I feel valued as a person while I am being treated for my pain. They helped me so much that I took my oldest son there to see if they could help with a hip injury he experienced over 10 years ago. After a few sessions, his injury no longer bothered him. This was after years of going to chiropractors and physical therapists for years and never getting complete relief.

For many years, I dealt with chronic back pain. I tried just about everything to alleviate it, but…read morenothing I tried ever truly worked. Then finally, I tried Airrosti. After only three adjustments, my chronic back pain was completely GONE! No more pain pills and no more quack chiropractors for me! Airrosti had effectively cured all of my back troubles that brought me years of torment. From time to time, I'll end up doing something whacky to my back and the pain will return, but after an adjustment or two from Dr. Reass, I'm good to go again! Seriously, I cannot recommend Airrosti enough. It literally changed my life.
