The doctor listed and ensured all tests were under preventive care. Later, once i received the billing, i realized that Mr Grande had listed the tests that did not have coverage. Moreover, it was not a preventive test. I wrote more than five emails to him requesting for a clarification as to why the tests were ordered during preventive checkups. It's now Aug 2024, more than 2 months have passed, and so far, the doctor has not replied, nor has he called me to provide clarification.
