The doctor listed and ensured all tests were under preventive care. Later, once i received the billing, i realized that Mr Grande had listed the tests that did not have coverage. Moreover, it was not a preventive test. I wrote more than five emails to him requesting for a clarification as to why the tests were ordered during preventive checkups. It's now Aug 2024, more than 2 months have passed, and so far, the doctor has not replied, nor has he called me to provide clarification. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional, and this experience has been so disappointing. The billing is secondary, but a basic courtesy to reply to my msgs or to call me did not happen so far.
