They are very good at working with your insurance company to get authorizations before any major work is to take place leaving you with less out of pocket spending. They give out as samples a very nice toothbrush which retails for over $4.00 not those crappy toothbrushes which I always wondered if they came from Oriental Trading which most dentists give out with their name printed on it. I have been a Patient for several years and they don't try to make you pay for treatments that you don't need. They steered me away from Veneers which are over $10K telling me that it would be a waste since I grind my teeth while sleeping.

When he did the extraction his fist slipped and smashed up against my top front teeth, fracturing 9 teeth. He surgically, in his office, went in and tried to remove the pieces of broken teeth. At some point he told me that he could not do anymore for me, he dismissed me. Having gone to three other dentists trying to help me I pretty much gave up and went for false teeth. A full upper plate. I have struggled with this all these years and the costs to the new dentists was out rages Right now I have a full top set that looks good built it hurts like crazy in the top center of my mouth. I am presently waiting for my new dentist to return from his vacation to start all over again. All I asked Dr Erik was for him to return to me, one of the thousands of dollars I paid him. I have tried but cannot get a lawyer to help me. Can you?

He is one of the most caring dentists I have ever met. I didn't feel a thing. This was a completely pain-free root canal. A friend of mine had a root canal done by Dr. A 2 months ago and she also had a wonderful pain-free experience. Everything was explained to me - why I need the root canal, what he is going to do, etc. He listened to and answered all my questions with patience. After that he completely numbed the tooth - I didn't even feel that because he did it in a special way where he prenumbs the area first. My tooth was previously worked on by another specialist who could not completely clean all canals and had given up. Dr. A did not give up and he basically saved my tooth. He was able to get the infection completely out. I knew he was really good because has been a root canal specialist for many years and he also lectures internationally about root canals and he also teaches the root canal specialists students at Harvard. This is an experienced well trained specialists that loves and take pride in his work and it shows. If you have a tooth that needs to the canals cleaned well I highly recommend Dr. Abdennour. He will take excellent care of you, save your tooth and get you out of pain.

It was so nice to hear that and make sure I was okay with letting her do a quick cleaning while my daughter cried. Aside from my daughter not liking the actual cleaning, both kids had a blast picking out their toys and playing in the waiting area. I was even convinced to let them stay for a couple more minutes after the appointment so they could play a little longer. Haas is just a great place for children and everyone has a way with making kids and parents feel comfortable. I can't see us every going to another dentist...my son already asked if we can go back tomorrow!! haha

They drilled a chip in his front tooth and tried filling it. That came out within a week. They did it again and the same issue. I was told not to worry about it, it's fine. His tooth is now breaking down and causing a ton of pain and they refused to help. They even canceled my children's future cleanings. Awful to work with and care solely on the bill they can send you. Terrible experiences.

She…read morecharged me $958 instead of $570 for my crown procedure, which I caught the mistake immediately. Instead of issuing a refund of the difference, she charged me again $570 and told me that she will issue the refund once the $958 charge actually came through because she can't issue a refund immediately. After numerous calls since April, she still has not issue the refund with a bunch of excuses and lies. At one point, she left me a voicemail on Monday stating "I forgot to give you a call back regarding I don't know what you wanna talk to me about you should've gotten that money back. They just sent me an email and that they refunded you back that money." But I never see the funds back in my account and by Thursday that same week, she said "oh, they can't issue the refund until your son claim is cleared. So why telling me that refund has been issued if it was never issued. And today, after weekly call that I have to call and follow up because she kept saying she will call but never did, she said "I don't want to deal with you anymore, the corporate office is dealing with it because you were unprofessional ". She took no accountability of her mistake, very good at lying and now handing over to someone else while still holding my $958.-. Just be careful when processing your payment with Arijeta because she clearly has no clue what she is doing. Its too bad because the doctors and hygienists are nice.

On two separate occasions I arrived for appointments only to be told that my hygienist was not available. Again, the office manager claimed that she, "tried to call me." I had no voice mails or missed calls on my phone. TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. I understand the need to be a "for profit," business and I am sure that dentistry has a lot of competition, but the front office experience can make or break a medical/dental practice. I get the impression that neither of the Doctors there are aware of how bad their office manager is running things. I get that you stopped accepting my Delta Dental Insurance (business is business) and I did not mind paying directly and being reimbursed after filing. However, when you add on to that the fifty-fifty chance that my appointment will actually happen or that the only messages I have ever received from the practice come from an automated confirmation drone calling service, It gets to be too much. My question to the Doctors who own this practice is, do you know what your front office manager is doing to your clientele? Do you care?
