So this was disappointing. I did see some All Saints but it was just a ratty old looking boring black top in xxs. The shoes had a better selection, but nothing I had to have for the price. Overall, I've never found any great clothing items, but accessories, homeware and men's dress shoes are about the only things I buy here. Buyyyyyyy bye!

Since my dad wasn't allowed near the fitting rooms (which I understand) I expected staff assistance but I had to ask for help multiple times because I was alone. I was told to "hang on" and was never returned to. When I asked my dad for help he was quickly told to leave the area. He also wasn't welcomed in the main waiting area, so I couldn't show him my dress on the stage like other girls were able to do. I had to show him separately. I believe the store could be more welcoming and supportive of father-daughter pairs. We just wanted to share the same special experience as everyone else. Despite this we still purchased a dress because I loved it.

As I was searching for some decent quality sale items I stumbled upon this gem. I have never heard of Alton Lane and the fabric of this piece caught my attention as well as the design of the tie. As we passed by and doubled back after looking at other clothing we waited for someone to assist us yet alas the person in that department was busy and the gentlemen closest to him was "arranging clothing" so we went to another department and asked the salesperson "John" about the items. It was not his department but he asked what I was looking for and proceeded to try and locate the tie on the sales floor. We could not find it so we went back to the display and Guess what? Lucky for me, this spot is truly a consignment gem. Don't judge a book by its cover, the interior of this place is pretty sizable, and bonus, the prices are pretty solid. Additionally, the quality of their furniture is great. It is quite literally everywhere you look. Light fixtures are hung above your head, seating options are displayed everywhere and art paints the walls. Headboards, tables, unique seating, prints, patio furniture, and even jewelry, they have quite a selection. That being said, the only feedback I'd have is better attention to customer service. I think I was acknowledged once, if that. That acknowledgement was a glance, and a response to my "good morning". I'd love to be welcomed into the store, a nice hello, and a check in while shopping, but everyone has off days and it's possible that I experienced a one off. Given the stacked furniture, I think they've outgrown their current warehouse space, which is not their fault, but it can make it a bit difficult to see and appreciate all of their offerings. I can't wait for them to expand to a larger space, but for now, I'm very happy that they're part of the neighborhood.

When I arrived for the appointment I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half and they were spot on. The only downside of the wait time was the designated space they have for waiting. A handful of chairs in the back of the front showroom. A TV or a water cooler/coffee maker would substantially upgrade the comfort level, but alas they are new as assumed by the "now open" flags flying outside, so they get a pass for that. All in all I highly recommend VIP for hitch install over UHaul who said it would take a couple of weeks.
