It ended up being a stripped bolt on the front left sway bar link that attached to the subframe. I am impressed with their attention to detail on this, and I appreciate that they really wanted to get it resolved. They also didn't charge me for any of the work, which included a brake flush to fix the brake issue I noticed after the first repair. So fast fwd a few hours later I call to do the inspection they say they won't have availability until the end of next week. Also, only 2 tires were failing inspection.
