Dr. Voit is absolutely HORRIBLE! I had the same bad experience as another person "Z.R., Michelle…read moreK, & Windy City G." whom left a reviews. My bridges are improperly fit, I never gave approval for final, but Dr. Voit decided he was done with me and he ordered my finals. I was kicked out of his office twice, the first time for asking a question, his office manager had to persuade him to see me again...after paying $35K upfront for the procedure. I was told his staff to bring a man with me on my next visit because he acts better when men are present. My bridges are to small for my mouth, I've trained myself to hold my tongue back so I wouldn't bite it and AND one on the screws are on the edge of my bridge, like I have a big $35K cavity. His awful behavior and attitude when speaking to his patients is (there's no other words but "HORRIBLE"). Dr. Voit's rudeness, goes on and on, he's a MF and should not be practicing. We need to start a class action against Dr. Voit and his practice. I feel he stole $35K from me because he didn't do what was agreed. He had the audacity to yell at me saying "NO DENTIST IN THE (ENTIRE) WORLD COULD DO A BETTER JOB" then kicked me out of his office again. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH...GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. I don't know if this is the best part or a continuation of bad medical practices, but when I HAVE to go for my maintenance, he will not see me, he has his assistant handle my visit. IF THERE IS AN ATTORNEY WHO WOULD BE WILLING TO REVIEW THIS FOR A POSSIBLE CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT, please look me up. He's robbing people and stealing their savings. Donna Dotts

This dental facility has a very comfortable waiting room. Everyone is very polite and friendly. They have amazing technology that really shows you the problem areas and they provide great solutions. The surgeon was amazing, the anesthesiologist put me at easy, was very gently inserting the iv (I'm afraid of needles). They did a phenomenal job all the way around. They all work as a TEAM- there is a very good culture here and it shows with entire staff. I never thought at age 46 I would have all of my teeth removed and get implants both top and bottom. They are prepared and have a plan for you and it works. Couldn't be happier with how I was treated and the payment options they provided. There's even a hotel that is across the street that they recommend that is very good for those that are having early morning procedures. I give them 5 stars- honest, direct, but not pushy.

I visited for an extraction and Dr. Figueroa and his team were so attentive and patient. They took the time to explain exactly what would happen, the risks, and answer all of my questions. I felt well cared for and comfortable. I expressed my dental anxiety to Dr. Figueroa and he was compassionate and offered assistance by way of laughing gas for my extraction. The extraction couldn't have gone better. Dr. Figueroa talked his was through the procedure, which was helpful. They have a cozy little recovery room for post-op and then you're on your way. Can't speak highly enough about this team and my experience.

I was numbed and literally felt nothing. Soon, the tooth was out, some bone put in and stitches applied. Lauren assisted and she was helpful in distracting me ahead of time and making me laugh. Again, Dr. Nick explained what to expect in the next few weeks and what I needed to do post-surgery. He prescribed antibiotics and some Ibuprofen. I had little if any discomfort. I did take a few Tylenols after the Ibuprofen was depleted. I still have to follow up with a post being put in and a possible sinus lift, but I will not spend any time worrying about it. I have a dental/dentist trust Issue ever since. From trying to give you different advice or…read moreprocedure for my teeth down to it depends on my dental insurance. I went to different dental clinics in Chicagoland but to no avail. Until I Came across Dr. SAM thru Facebook. I don't know if I will trust Facebook's recommendation, but I know that I trust Prime Dental with Dr. SAM's page. I decided to visit her clinic, which was the last time I looked for another dental office. I fall for her at the very beginning with her experience & expertise. Nice ambiance clinic. PLUS, the staff will treat you like a family. THAT'S all we need to trust again with the right Dental doctor.

(Boy, was that fast: as soon as their insurance error was reported!) But, no, the provider doesn't have to confirm that it banned my family. I do based on two separate phone calls, spaced weeks apart, where the front desk said that, ugh, the entire fam was dissed. And for what felt like an eternity -- the same feeling I got over the amount of time I was pitched during my first meet here -- it was uncertain whether this practice's implants were properly placed, since the provider refused to evaluate their own work. Nor will it ever be known whether billing practices improved due to its refusal to take on an olive branch offer of a minor procedure. Friendly this office was and is not in trying to get either of the above to occur. So, similar to "Jay B's" utterly genuine July 4 Yelp review (okay, right, "interesting" in a Tilly-Norwood-is-too sort of way), for ages, this practice made me feel like I had to live for years with pain and fear, never believing I could eat Barnaby's excellent tavern style pizza again...without making a huge mess. (Gotta love its cornicione!) Or eating one of EATACO's massive corn shell tacos. Those are impossible to bite into without good implants. But Greektown's Ithaki Estiatorio, where forks and knives are needed and the saganaki of which is unlike the competition's, may still be had. So here's to fine dining and finding silver linings somewhere? This provider was a living nightmare. And this is an _honest, human_ review!

I have been going to Northbrook Dental Care for hygiene appointments for many years now…read more Fortunately, that's the only service that I needed there. The place is clean and comfortable. I always felt at ease at this practice. Dr. Rodgers is the only dentist there and he is the owner. He has a great team of hygienists, who are all very friendly and professional. My hygienist is always very prompt, thorough, and makes sure that I leave the clinic with a shiny smile. Whenever Dr. Rodgers checked on my teeth, he has been very professional and informative. I felt fortunate every time he (and my previous dentists) marveled at me still having all 32 teeth without any cavities. About a year ago, I accidentally bit very hard on a bone and one of my lower front teeth became loose, which I could wiggle it with my fingers. I thought the tooth would come off and I went to see Dr. Rodgers on an emergency basis. Surprisingly, he told me not to worry about it after checking on the tooth. He is right - a year later, my tooth still sits tightly in its socket and is now back to normal. I like the overall experience at Northbrook Dental Care, and highly recommend it.

Since the end of the pandemic, I have been going to Northbrook Dental Care for hygiene…read moreappointments. My daughter and husband have been going there for many years before I did. Dr. Jay Rodgers is the owner, and he has a team of nice and skillful hygienists and technicians. I have been happy with my hygienist Hallie, who's very kind, skillful, and accommodating. She has excellent memories of what I like and don't like, making each appointment pleasant and successful. I have been waiting for some dental work to be done by Dr. Rodgers before I write a review. Now is the time! I used to think that Dr. Rodgers was a person of no-nonsense. Every time he would quickly check my teeth, recommended what needs to be done, and then hurried into another patient's room. However, I found out from the recent experience that he is actually very kind and compassionate, and is also very respectful of my choices. The dental work was pretty "complicated", which involved removal of an old crown that was done by another dental practice years ago, but it was not done right back then, and he detected decay developed inside. He would then install two new crowns, one to the adjacent tooth that was prepared by another practice a long time ago. There was an old filling to be replaced as well. I called Dr. Rodgers' office with questions, one of his receptionists, Dianka, is always very nice and helpful, she had Dr. Rodgers call me back after his appointments. He called me back and spent 15 minutes patiently answering all my questions and explaining everything that needed to be done. I was impressed. The dental work involved 3 appointments, with the second appointment being the main one and was the longest, like 2 to 3 hours long, with breaks. Dr. Rodger's assistant, Erika, was very kind and professional too. Dr, Rodger was(is) very skillful, professional, and kind, and actually checked on me several times to make sure that I was doing fine and comfortable. His chair-side manners were just excellent. Although dental work is no fun to be sure, I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. I could even eat an hour later! The most important thing is, the crowns look so good and natural that even my husband and daughter could not tell which ones were crowns. They both guessed the canine. No, that was wrong. I am so happy with the results! I will not hesitate to see Dr. Rodgers and his team for future dental work. Next time, I will not be losing any sleep before the appointments, as I know that I am in good hands!
