The only thing I don't like about this place is calling them. Sometimes they don't answer and you're waiting for so long before the machine tells you to call again and hangs up. Very reliable. Going first thing I was seen immediately with hardly any wait. They did x-ray first and then roomed me. The doctor came in promptly. Dr. Raia was fine. He was not super personable and did not come off as a friendly guy. He is all business. You better be able to explain what happened to you in 1 to 2 sentences max. He's not interested in listening to long explanations. I don't really mind this, but I do know that a lot of people like to talk (having work in the medical field). And if you'd like to talk, you are not going to like him. He seemed knowledgeable and helped me with my issue. Although I did feel rushed and questioned myself if I got all my questions answered. Luckily I do not need surgery so I do not know if he's a good surgeon or not. I think his bedside manner could be improved. But overall, it was fine. I would not recommend him to anyone expecting a bubbly, friendly personality.

Her office is different from the office I'm used to going to, the staff up front were kind and helpful! It's a smaller office then the one I'm used to going to, but I think that's a good thing. I was very nervous about trying out a new doctor but Dr. Meena is very kind, friendly and the best of all thorough! She listened to everything I had to say all my concerns as to what has been going on with me. She did a great check up, she did an EKG in the office, and she sent me for lab work to make sure everything is well so that we can figure out what is going on with me. I have not been to a doctor where I have felt like they care in a very long time it was a nice change to have a doctor do a good thorough visit and listen to everything that was concerning me. From the first visit I was put at ease with her gentle bedside manner, keen ability to listen and feeling that she was wholly interested in my well being. To properly diagnose a problem, Dr. Meena takes the time to ask pertinent questions and develop a wellness plan. Her knowledge of the human body, prescriptions and possible interactions are mystifying. Additionally, Dr. Meena is able to provide medical information in layman's terms in a way that you don't feel talked down to or left not knowing what was said between all the medical jargon. I truly am grateful to have found Dr. Meena and to be under her care. I trust her implicitly with my health and appreciate the fact that when needed, she is quick to refer you to a specialist to further address a specific ailment. There is absolutely no issue I would hesitate to discuss with Dr. Meena. In each visit, I feel as though Dr. Meena takes the time to review my chart, research options or care plans, and is focused on me and my health. Too often you run into busy doctors who read the chart as they enter the room and quickly diagnose you and leave. I've never felt rushed, nor neglected, while at Excel Primary Care. Finally, her support staff is attentive, responsive and equally mild-mannered helping you through what could be stressful or uncomfortable times. The only area for improvement I could recommend is adding an online bill pay option. Minor item, but that would bring this practice to ultimate perfection!

I made an appointment with Dr Hajbaneh and saw him this afternoon and boy did I win the lottery I have never had such a complete exam by such a conscientious physician. I was a drug rep for 30 years and feel like I can understand level of patient care. Dr. Hajbaneh was just excellent, caring and willing to give me all the time I needed. They have always gone above and beyond my expectations. This is a straight forward, honest and upfront practice. If you have questions, they will be answered. If you have any issues they will be addressed. I am a current patient and I feel very lucky to have found them. Huge shout out to Michelle, who took my phone call and made my appointment happen. I can never say thank you enough! I'm finally feeling like myself again, it's all because of this entire practice and their care for their patients!!

If you are Awake then avoid this place!…read more I took my mother here in hopes of getting approval for an oxygen machine thru Medicare, due to the partial lung removal she had a decade ago. She is short of breath regularly, so I thought oxygen machine would be a good fix for this problem. The place must be very busy because the first available appointment was 5+ weeks out. Usually in a busy office they are many other people getting treatment when you show up, but in this case the office was empty of any other patients. They weren't busy at all. Upon arrival they collected all of the forms we had filled out and got us back into an exam room right away. The med tech came in to do some basic testing and breathing evaluations. I explained the purpose for our visit right away, and he seemed to change his attitude after this. He was also concerned that they didn't have any of the records from her history. He was very polite during his exam, but I had to laugh at the fact that he was wearing a cloth mask. A pulmonary office should be aware of the negative effects caused by wearing a mask all day, but since the office staff didn't have masks on I knew that it was a choice thing for him. Next the doctor showed up wearing a mask, and I almost got up and walked out at that point. After talking with him, and explaining the reason for our visit he said he couldn't help us because the EtcO2 readings she had were over 88. He then tried to argue for an inhaler treatment, which I refused. They didn't bother doing any of the exercises testing, which would have shown her need for the oxygen. If you want to see a doctor that doesn't even know that mask wearing is detrimental to your health, then this is your place. If you are still wear a mask yourself then this is your place, but if you have a brain then you'll avoid this place. This group should be avoided at all costs. You can't fix EVIL or STUPID, and I believe that these people are both! What happened to "Do know harm?"
