They are not just a simple urgent care. There are full on medical staff and ready to go for anything you have to help you. They give u a 10 minute grace period for being late, but if u're later than 10 minutes, they recommend that u cancel and make a new appointment. Lucky for me, i didn't get a ticket driving there! Everyone there is super nice and professional. I had to wait about 15 minutes to be serviced, but it was expected since I was late. I really like this office cuz I can get my labs drawn right in the same office and not have to go somewhere else! The phlebotomist was awesome as well! He was able to get my blood with just 1 poke! She says "insurance requires it", but it absolutely doesn't! The office staff is the absolute worst! They file insurance claims late, fail to bill patients for services and then make harassing calls for payment over the phone. They are very unfriendly - from the closed window in the waiting room to scheduling the next appt. Upon finding another Dr, I found out 3 people I know had the exact same issue with Dr Lieber and staff and had also moved to another Dr. I only wish I had known that before I changed to this practice.

Now I have had to deal with incorrectly written scripts every time which require me to revisit the office to have them rewritten. This time, their lack of experience and skill have left me without my medication for over two weeks now. When I attempt to get someone to adjust the script I get nothing but attitude from the front desk including being mocked and laughed at. Go elsewhere unless you want to have to micromanage your prescriptions and deal with the overworked (and probably underpaid) staff's snarky and impatient demeanor.
